If you have a few outdoorsy members of the group, plan a hike in the foothills or make your way to Joshua Tree National Park for a day trip unlike any other.

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

We had to move out of our house because of water damage, so this condo was the perfect place to come to relax amid all the stress in our lives. It’s beautifully furnished and a very peaceful community. We would come back again!

For a 51 year old complex it is in immaculate condition. The grounds are pristine and the grounds crew take pride in keeping it in tip top shape. With that being said it is 51 years old and the patio doors show there age. The unit is well appointed and nicely decorated. The only issue we had was, cooking on the electric stove. The pans were so stained on the bottom they left huge stains on the service. I applied a tremendous amount of elbow grease to clean the service every time we cooked. Made cooking a real chore. So if you like eating out this is the perfect place for you. Also Vacasa Management is very attentive to your needs.
