Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Minimum of one guest must be at least 30 years old and ensure all laws and rules are followed by the group.
The pool or pool spa can be heated upon request for guest stays of three nights or longer! 24 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $150 per day plus tax must be paid prior to check-in.

The home was very comfortable it’s a shame that the main reason we rented the home was for the pool, was not readily able to use and it took half of our trip to get it fixed

For the prices charged for this weekend, I would have expected the home to be clean and ready on time. It was not. I hope it isn’t this way for everyone else, because the house was otherwise pretty nice.

I liked the house. I did not like anything else. Too many rules in La Quinta. Hidden fees - to use a heated hot tub (why would you even advertise a hot tub) 150/day

The fee is to heat the pool and hot tub and is listed so guests are aware before booking the home as follows "The pool or pool spa can be heated upon request for guest stays of three nights or longer! 24 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $150 per day plus tax must be paid prior to check-in." Was a wonderful stay once we got past Vacasa customer service. House was well appointed, clean, great amenities. Location perfect in La Quinta cove. Great pool and Mountain View. Pool heat pricing was ridiculously high and wish we could have switched between using the jacuzzi and the pool but it’s one, not both.

This is a wonderful house. It was clean and well designed / decorated for comfort. Skylights in the hallway and bathrooms were an added bonus of natural lighting. I’ve had vacations ruined by crummy beds or bedding, but not the case here. Very comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. The location worked out very well for our golf and we enjoyed the restaurants nearby in old town La Quinta.

Sending this review on the public page as inquiries and requests were sent to Vacasa on three separate occasions during our 7 day stay, we did not hear back from them once. The house set up was fine, comfortable and interior was clean. The exterior pool/spa photo did by no way portray what was actually there. It was not blue as shown but rather dirty, leaf filled and not cleaned at any time during our stay even after requests we made to the property management. Plants around the front area not maintained.

Inside the house was clean and there was all the things that we needed.The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet.
However around the pool wasn’t clean we understand leaves and bugs on the surface of pool but we don’t understand birds guano all around the pool . We had to clean all of it.
The second problem was our blonde hair and nails turned to green when we entered the pool.We have been to the different houses every summer in Palm Spring but this has never happened to us.We had to spend extra money to get our hair color back.

The location was especially awesome! Lots of beautiful walking and hiking very close by. The house was comfortable, and the pool was fun. The kitchen and outdoor kitchen were amazing, we just didn’t take advantage of that.

Lovely home. Not enough dinner forks, 4, and too many salad forks, not my favorite to use when eating steak. Pots and pans in desperate need of replacing due to non-stick surfaces damaged. Damaged non-stick cook ware is harmful. Toilet paper is just about the cheapest one can purchase. Nice house, very comfortable but making a buck now is too important

My family enjoyed our stay for spring break. The photos of the house we true to what was there. Very comfortable and private feeling whether out front by the pool or in the backyard on the patio. The location was great for quick access to trails as well as the downtown. The house was well supplied.
