You will be delighted with this beautiful golf course front home. You're near golf at every "turn" including Escena, Cimarron, and your home course at Desert Princess (all within three miles of the home). A day indoors can be had at Agua Caliente just six miles down the highway, where you can play the latest slots, and table games, or even get a spa treatment. Just across the freeway from Agua Caliente, treat yourself to a double-double at the California institution known as In-N-Out. Guests can enjoy the Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals in Indio just 20 miles away.

Enjoy watching the golf balls fly from the serenity of the rock-lined pool every morning. Evenings can be spent cooking on the built-in grill, hanging out around the fire pit, or soaking in the bubbling spa. The fully equipped kitchen enables you to create any dish, simple or exotic. With its cozy interior and tons of outdoor space, the mountain and golf course views are just the beginning with this home.

THINGS TO KNOW

All occupants shall respect neighbors' privacy and peaceful enjoyment.
Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
Per CCMC 5.96, No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10 pm to 8 am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well.
Any vehicles parked in the driveway overnight need to have a pass in the window from the gate.

We played a lot of golf during a heat spell and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. After playing in 107 degree temperature, the pool was refreshing and didn't need to be heated. The house is very comfortable with a huge, well equipped kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room. The location was also great as we visited Joshua Tree, Indian Wells, Desert Palms, and Palm Springs. Viewing the starts at the Cahuilla Vista Point lookout off route 74 was pretty cool as we can't normally see the milky way where we live in CT.

The house is lovely, comfortable and very clean. Kitchen is well appointed. Everything you need to have a nice getaway! Be sure to heat the pool, because you are going to want to use night and day! FYI- Cat City is windy! We happen to be there on a very windy time. But we'll be back. Thank you.

We had the best week at this home with our two young kids. We swam multiple times a day, had food & groceries delivered and didn't need to see another soul all week which made for the perfect Covid vacation! The house is exactly as pictured and the big screen TV and AC were well used during the mid-day hours when it was too hot to swim. Would definitely recommend.

What a great comfortable property! Very close to shopping and grocery. The pool was beautiful and the backyard is very private! The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are lovely and upgraded. The kitchen was huge and I loved it. What a great stay! We can’t wait to book again!

Fabulous and gorgeous location. The house and surrounding grounds were impeccable. The house literally had everything we needed and was thoroughly clean. My only suggestion is to spend the money to get the pool heated. It was freezing!! Also if you are bringing a dog, please be aware that there is no fence along the back wall. Our 12 year old lab wasn't going anywhere, however I could see that if he was younger he might want to wander around. What a lovely and surprising find in this community. Great customer service with Vacasa. Already looking at dates for our next stay.

This beautiful home in a gate community was the perfect little weekend getaway my husband and I needed. We loved the fact that it was in a secured and gated community, with its own pool and overlooking a golf course. The views were spectacular! We also enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen and being able to use the backyard BBQ. We would definitely come back!
