This is our second time staying here for stagecoach music festival. House is really conveniently located in a nice, walkable neighborhood and close to the Albertsons shuttle stop. Spacious and perfect for 2 couples. We will definetly be back next year!

This is a great property for 1 or 2 couples. It's very clean, has comfy beds, and plenty of space to relax. We enjoyed walking to nearby shopping and restaurants and loved the peaceful setting and pool environment.

Great location. Home furnishings in poor condition. ASK QUESTIONS! You cannot watch TV except Netflix and HBO. This was wrong in the listing. Grill doesn’t work. Wrong on listing. Garbage disposal doesn’t work. Wrong in listing. Cannot adjust thermostat adequately for A/C in warm weather. (Lowest you can set is 86!) Not enough dishes, and especially glasses, unless you like wine and cocktail glasses for all purposes. Note that the pool isn’t heated. This is disclosed.

Our local manager assured us that the furniture is well-appointed and the photos online are up-to-date and accurate. Our listing indicates that streaming services only are available and we are sorry for any disappointment. The grill was checked and is functioning properly and a stick lighter, which can be found in the kitchen, must be used to start it. The garbage disposal was also checked and is in good working order. The thermostat is locked in the summer months so that the lowest it can go is 72 degrees to ensure the system does not freeze over. We're sorry for any kitchen utensils that were missing and our manager will discuss this with the owner and update the inventory as needed. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

The location of this condo is great. One block off of paseo in Palm desert with easy access to 111, restaurants and hiking up in the hills. Very comfortable home with comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen as well. Too cold in January for us to use the pool but it looked very inviting.

Pros: Very close to shopping, golf, and restaurants in Palm Desert. Great for walking to coffee and going out to eat. The kitchen was nice.Cons: The property is fairly strict in that you're not allowed to move the temperature above or below 76 degrees whether it's Winter or Summer. We had to fix the kitchen faucet knob because the knob kept falling off. You're also not allowed to smoke outside the property. We like to smoke cigars but couldn't. They ask that when you leave the property, you must clean and wipe down counters like we should be the one cleaning and preparing for the next guests? In the master bedroom, we found a dead roach and cigar wrappers behind the bed. The TV in the living room and Ruku didn't work. We had to switch off the Ruku in one of the bedrooms with the living room to make it work. Parking rules were confusing. Initially were were told we'd have one covered parking and one non-covered parking but once we got there, we found out it was first come first served.

From the moment we walked inside this lovely home the vibe put me at ease. Quaint, homey, but not a museum I’m afraid to sit down in. Clean, clean, clean! I appreciate that! Clear instructions regarding checking in and out. Nice appointments and extras, like laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. Dish soap, and a stocked kitchen with plenty of stuff to cook with. ROKU TV was having a bit of trouble, in the living room due to some connectivity issues with the internet, and problems with the ROKU sticks. My son just swapped out with one of the bedrooms. I’m sure the management will address this immediately. The outdoor pool is lovely. Warm, 85F degrees each day we went in. Clean and clear. Surroundings were pleasant. We would definitely consider this property again when returning to Palm Springs. Off street parking. Very comfortable experience.

This place is lovely: comfortable, convenient, mosty well-equiiped - unfortunately, we can't give a 5-star rating because the air conditioning is wholly inadequate. The listing states central air conditioning, which is true but it cannot be set below 76F - in the desert ... we had fans running 24-hours a day to keep it moderately comfortable. To bad because everything else is great ...

The suite was exactly as shown in the photos.. Beautifully appointed with everything we needed. Location is fantastic ... you can leave the car at home due to the easy walk to El Paseo. Would have been great if the pool had a heater( but we knew it didn't when we booked) and some padded lounge chairs outside would be welcomed.

Lovely two bedroom with ensuites located within walking distance of shopping and dining. Exceptionally clean and equipped with everything one might need for a short or long stay. Although units are clustered around a central pool, we never had a problem with noise or privacy. Would highly recommend and stay again.

I LOVED my weekend getaway at the PD retreat! You can't beat the location, it's walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. The house itself has all the amenities you could possibly need, such as a large pool, bbq grill, plentiful towels, comfy beds, etc. The modern/retro decor was fun and was thoughtfully decorated, and really fit in with the desert vibes. Can't wait to come back and stay here on my next visit to the desert!
