The home's living area hosts comfortable furniture throughout, a propane fireplace for stays during the winter months, and a smart TV. The adjoining dining table for six enjoys beautiful views of the back patio and the swimming pool. The chef of the group will fall in love with the kitchen the moment they see it! It has shiny countertops, beautiful wooden cabinets, and modern, stainless steel appliances, including a Sub Zero fridge, Viking stove/oven with range hood, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.

The colorful main bedroom features a spacious closet, a large smart TV, a desk, and a gorgeous en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower with a ceiling shower head, a soaking tub, and double vanity. There is another bedroom with a smart TV as well as an en suite bath with a tub/shower combo.

This location will situate you close to golf courses, Coachella, museums, shopping, Farmer's Market, just a short drive to taking a step back in time at the Ace Hotel and The Saguaro, the Arial Tramway, and Joshua Tree National Park, and a short walk to hiking Tahquitz Canyon and historic downtown Palm Springs.

Everything about this home was easy and comfortable. Exceptionally clean. All beds and linens super comfy, plenty of towels to enjoy the pool and the outside shower was very nice to help wash off after a dip in the salt water pool. Neighborhood walks were so pretty and even walked to restaurants near by. Michael was very responsive in hosting and we felt very at home here.

The house is wonderful, esp the outdoors. Beautiful mid century palm springs home. Reminder that the spa heater needs to be paid and scheduled in advance of your stay. We tried 4 times to pay for it and get Vacasa management to turn it on during our stay without success. That was a real bummer but not the fault of the house. Its a great house, great facilities, lovely backyard.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Only issue is that by the time we were ready to enjoy heated spa it wasn’t really warm. Hopefully a refund for the heating fee is on its way. Otherwise I recommend this property without hesitation.

Fabtastic location. Roomy, stylish home. be prepared to pay a premium/day to have a heated pool and spa, which barely heats. If pool is an absolute necessity over the winter, I would look elsewhere. In conclusion, I highly recommend and a great place to have a family get away in style.
