With its expansive living areas, private pool, spa, and fire pit, this modern 2BR/2.5BA Sundance villa was made for entertaining. Situated in a gated complex, it offers outstanding mountain views; and, rumor has it that Lily Tomlin once lived here!

Located on a large corner lot, this compound offers accommodations for 4 and parking for 2 vehicles. To ensure privacy, both front and back yards are walled.

Inside, you'll find tasteful furnishings and high-end touches throughout. Tile floors, cathedral ceilings, and a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace characterize the spacious living room. Relax and enjoy a movie on the 60in TV, play cards at the game table, or step outside to the pool area and mix drinks at the chic wet bar.

When it's time for dinner, gather at the dining table, or dine alfresco at the 4-seat patio table. Enjoy steaks and veggies grilled up on the gas BBQ.

The kitchen is open to the dining room and has stainless steel appliances, plenty of prep space, and a large window overlooking the patio.

An office provides a quiet spot to check emails.

Relax on the 2nd patio, where you can curl up on a chaise lounge and enjoy the firepit.

Perfect for couples traveling together, this home has two suites, each with an ensuite bathroom and access to the center atrium garden.

The primary suite features a queen bed, contemporary decor, TV with Blu-ray/DirecTV, and built-in shelves stocked with books; it also has a daybed that converts from a twin to a king. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a handheld sprayer, professionally installed balance handrails. (A handicap shower seat is also available.)

The second suite boasts cathedral ceilings, a king bed, seating area, electric fireplace, 42in TV with Blu-ray/DirecTV, and access to the pool. The spa-like en-suite has a sunken tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room.

The entire home and outside (including garage and street access) is one level and is ADA accessible.

Lush landscaping surrounds the walled pool and spa; numerous lounge chairs are ideal for sunbathing, and outdoor coolers provide easy access to beverages. From the pool, a gate opens to a 2-acre community park with 2 tennis courts.

Vacasa management stopped communicating with me after business hours. Brought one small portable AC for the whole house and tried to rig something for the slider when it was for a window. We sent away the nice tech. It wasn’t his fault. Asked management for more than one portable due to size of house and continued texting management and they stopped responding after business hours. Can tell home is well loved. It’s a cool house. Props to owner. But Vacasa seems to be a joke. No one followed up with me. Just stopped responding to my text. No partial refund was offered. Or credit. We were sweating at night and I paid $1300 + for 3 nights. Even had to pay for late check out which I did because I thought my problems would be fixed.

Best weekend close to home with wife and kids. House is very roomy, loved the decor, enjoyed seeing the awards on the walls and all the books in the room and throughout the house. Our 10 year old and 2 year old absolutely enjoyed the time spent outside in the pool, wife and I enjoyed the view in the backyard. We will definitely come back in the near future.

This lovely home is large and spacious with area for the family to be together or have their own space. The decor was funky and really inspiring. It came with a full kitchen and abundant amenities. The TV system was a bit confusing and did not always work as expected. But we did not spend much time watching. The overhead fans in every room were wonderful. The location was perfect, so convenient to everything. The beds were not as comfortable as we like but that is also a matter of personal preference. The swimming pool was great and the hot tub was actually welcomed in the night. The house came with games which we played every night! A complete set of poker chips for rousing Texas hold'em! Plenty of natural light as well as lights in the home.

We had a lovely escape in the desert this past weekend at Sundance Villa. A serene, quiet location made for the ultimate getaway. Lounging by the poolside all day, to cooking dinner in the fully outfitted kitchen to catch the sunset outback. The home was very clean, with detailed instructions on access, tv, appliances etc.

The best place to enjoy a private pool directly from your bedroom, living room and bathroom. Just open the sliding door and you’re in paradise. This house screams vacation! the minute you step in. Loved the architecture and the atrium. Beautiful decoration, well equipped kitchen, perfect AC system for hot weather. I would go back anytime. Such a special place. Our family loved it. Would book again

Everything was easy, however I didn’t like that they couldn’t accommodate us with an early check in or out! Make sure to request anything you need 2-3 days before your trip. House was spacious. However, the master room bed is very soft and caves into the middle. It would be nice if the owners updated the beds to be more comfortable. Second, the icemaker and water maker didn’t work on the fridge which was a bummer the fridge didn’t get super cold, which also was a downer. However, they have everything you need to prepare food. My one suggestion would be that the owner would update his grill as most people like to cook from their destinations and then go out. Otherwise, everything was accommodating for the price. We will definitely be back however not sure if we will upgrade on the house or stick with the same house we used because it was convenient.

The home overall was fabulous. Great floorplan, lots of private spots to retreat to, very clean and comfortable. Could not ask for more in that department. The AV system wasn’t made for mere mortals like myself but I’m sure it was great when working. The main TV went to “No Signal” while watching a show without touching a thing. I suspect it had something to do with the winds which were fierce during our stay. Nobody at fault for that. If you are expecting to use the pool (and definitely if you want to use the connected hot tub) you MUST pay to have the pool heated. The property managers leave it up to you to make that decision. Lacking better guidance we elected to forego that expense thinking that surely with consistent 90+ degree highs and at least a week of 100 degree weather prior to our stay the pool would be warmed to a comfortable temp. Absolutely not the case. I suspect part of the reason for that is the wind at this location. At night the wind combined with cooler temps totally dissipates any temperature gains. It’s a beautiful space but if you are fantasizing about warm days where you cool off from sunbathing with a refreshing dip get the pool heated or you will be very dissappointed.

The house is located in Palm Springs. Most of our activities were in La Quinta so we did have a bit of a commute but that was our fault for not realizing the distances. The house is in a gated community, very well kept. We mostly needed bed, bath, and a place to leave our dog while we went out golfing and this house more than sufficed. There are several cool outdoor spaces available and the owner was very responsive.

Just a lovely space designed mid century modern with real home touches every where. Beds super comfy, main shower is total spa haven. Lots of natural light throughout. The home is a little older and worn but has a great vibe and feels good! Fun, private outdoor pool area, fantastic speaker system. Lots and lots a private patio and atrium spaces to relax. Great home for adults!
