Description

Spanning 6,600 square feet of luxurious living space on an acre of lush land, this upscale property is comprised of the main house and a casita. To compliment the resort feel, you'll find abundant entertaining space - enjoy two living areas, and a fully equipped bar with a pool table. Outside, a tropical oasis awaits with a lagoon-style pool with a heating option, two spas, a putting green, an outdoor kitchen, and a firepit.

Offering a prime locale, you'll be within a short walk of Joe Mann Park and near Palm Desert Country Club and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the BNP Paribas Open (1.5 miles).

In the main house, a sitting room includes a chess table and gas fireplace, while the main living area features a sectional and a 55-inch TV with surround sound and a Blu-ray player. Concoct a crisp drink at the wet bar with two fridges and an ice machine. Chalk a cue for a friendly round of pool. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops and high-end appliances like the Viking stove. Perch at the breakfast bar, then gather for family meals in the formal dining area. A sink and mini fridge in the attached casita add convenience.

The main house affords king beds across four bedrooms. Find quiet privacy in the enormous primary suite with a TV, several sitting areas, direct pool access, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. There is an attached casita, with its own entrance just off the pool, which has two queen beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The office space doubles as the sixth bedroom and includes a twin bed with a twin trundle. This vacation rental also includes two half baths: one in the main house and one outside on the patio.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The backyard is amazing and so relaxing. The home had a well stocked kitchen with plenty of pans, serving dishes,utensils etc.All of the appliances were Viking and top notch👍🏻. Great sit down bar and so much fun!!!House has a great layout and lots of room to spread out. So many fun games to play and close to chopping and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here. All of the guests have already talked about coming back.

For 3 families with 3 kids under 7, we loved this place. We barely had to leave, and each family had plenty of private space (and their own bathroom), but the communal spaces were plenty big for us to enjoy together. Pool was perfect for the 3 year olds, as it was shallow up until halfway. Ensure you pay for the pool/spa heating, especially if you are there any time besides the summer. Local team was also responsive and helpful for clarifying questions. Location was great, quick access to grocery stores, coffee spots, and the Zoo - but we hardly left!

The house and property were fantastic! The pool area is gorgeous and there was plenty of seating areas. Pool toys were stocked for constant fun in the sun. There's so much to do in this home it would be hard to get bored. Extremely spacious so everyone had their own space. Already looking forward to our return!

We loved the layout both inside and out and took advantage of all it had to offer. However, appliances weren’t working (kitchen dishwasher, ice maker), outside kitchen had yellow caution tape, garbage cans hadn’t been emptied in weeks, yard needs maintenance, pathway lighting has broken lights, 2 back bedrooms attached in house had no hot water. We called the management company about the ice makers within an hour of arrival and never heard from them and no one came out. It was disappointing to have such a great house and see it in such disrepair especially given the cost.

Our local manager assured us that they sent a property caretaker to the home to remove all trash and assess the ice maker and dishwasher. If an outside appliance vendor is needed, they will schedule them to go to the home. The caution tape is around the BBQ island because the homeowner is having new granite countertops put on. There is a brand new 5-burner BBQ with 2 propane tanks at the property available for guest use! We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

Everything was great. Pool and spa was cold when we showed up even though we paid the extra fee and requested ahead of time. It took a couple days and pool never really got warm enough to swim so renters should be diligent with management about heating ahead of time. Other than that, everything else was as advertised. Really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again for sure.

This was a large home with a beautiful backyard and pool. Lots of space. We appreciated having bathrooms with each bedroom. The large casita with the living area is not attached to the house and is at the back of the property. The other casita is attached to the house but cannot be accessed without going outside. The house is in a nice neighborhood and close to Palm Desert restaurants and shopping.

We spent 7 days at Palm Villa in December 2023. We were in town for the Indian Wells 70.3 Ironman. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the Tennis Gardens. The home is VERY clean, spacious and worked well for the three families staying on the property. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The best part was the back yard paradise. The pool, 2 hot tubs, outdoor kitchen, putting green ,cabana, lounge chairs, pool toys...it was all incredible! Highly recommend this property.

Was almost perfect for our group. Loved the layout, casitas, and amenities. Spa was much needed. Very peaceful and convenient location. Only suggestion is that the property and some elements are starting to get rather worn and broken and could use a little rehab. Inside was very clean, the bedrooms were perfect for our group. The outside elements had a bit of wear and tear, were dusty, and needs some gardening (e.g., weeds, dead palms/trees, etc. other than that and a little TLC we would give it a five.

I loved The pic of the listing , but the booking is deceiving , first the extra adds Are tremendous , don’t think the price in the listing is anywhere close that’s it’s going to be, second if you want the pool to be warm That’s 100 plus a night to warm it, the front Door was never able to lock and the VacasaPeople didn’t care after several attempts , then we wanted an extra 1.5 hr extra stay to shower after golf , they said no , the soap they give you is a joke , 1 ounce of shampoo 1 ounce of cream rinse , one piece of soap the size of a 50 cent piece , unreel ! All in all A cheap experience that was expensive ! I have Never rated a company ever ! But this is total BS
