We loved our stay. Everything was very clean. Nothing was broken and it was easy to get in contact with the property manager. Super easy check in and check out. Someone might find the decor a bit outdated. It is a Tommy Hahama vibe which we like. The furniture in the bedroom we're gorgeous. Will return

This was our first experience with Air B&B. Walking in to the Beautiful Home we immediately knew that we made the right decision.Appliances, Beds, Bathroom/Shower, Soap & Shampoo were above average. The place is a little on the older side and small, but the location was pretty good. Pickleball and tennis facilities were phenomenal, but we never played because the staff was not accommodating to renters. This is within Palm Desert Resort, and if you don’t pay a monthly membership, it’s pretty hard to play there. The unit itself was clean and served our purpose.

But checking in was hard. The code for the lockbox didn't work so I had to wait for another. I had to drive to Palm Springs (which is a ways) to get to their office so they could copy my driver's licence. Emailing or texting that information could easily lead to identity fraud, so I don't. I asked them several times to provide a direct link or a portal, so client's can upload sensitive documents, but they didn't care. Other than that, the condo was fantastic, great location. VRBO was great to deal with, Vacasa was harder.

Guests are not required to come into the physical location for check-in, as a virtual check-in option was given, and codes released before check-in time. Location was what we wanted. I can't give it a good rating as the wi-fi was not operating for 11 of the 12 days we stayed there. The landlords responded with a personal hotspot which was limited at best but the wi-fi off meant no TV or air conditioning for our holidays. This was Thanksgiving so no football. We were kept told there was nothing they can do about it as it was a hub down in the community but we checked with their carrier and was told they were up and running. While we were trying to get answers, we had to follow up with them. Why ? Because our wi-fi was sketchy so they started texting us which we could do if we left our data open at $15/day.Not good.By the way I have just retired as a licensed property manager. You can't tell me that they couldn't have changed the router ( which I believe was the problem and they were told) in 11 days!
