My wife and I rented this home for a month of remote work work. The house was well kept, clean and generally comfortable. Waking up to views of the mountains was really nice. We had no issues with the wifi. The kitchen had the basics that allowed us to make several at home meals. It's 10 - 15 minutes to downtown Palm Springs.We enjoyed the gated community vibe and everyone was pleasant. It was nice to have access to a small gym with Peloton's, treadmills and weight equipment. There are also several walking trails in the community to enjoy.

It's a beautiful, modern home with a gorgeous view of the mountain. A couple of factors to be aware of: at the time of our booking there was no mention in the listing that the pool heat was extra (a substantial extra, with an expectation of a 72 hour turnaround time according to the representative). The kitchen is quite nice, but I recommend stopping at the house before your grocery run in case you discover as we did that basic provisions such as tinfoil, sugar for coffee, salt and pepper, etc. need to be added to your list.Be aware that this is located in a gated community (you will need instructions for how to pass into the community) and there is both a gate code and a door code to access the property. If, like us, you receive only one code and no instructions, you may want to follow up with the property manager prior to your arrival for additional information.The master suite is gorgeous and spacious and the bed is quite comfortable. Top quality laundry facilities (but again, check to see if you need to bring your own detergent as we did).
