Johnny Costa, the founder, has been a chef and restaurant owner in the Palm Springs area since 1976. Frank Sinatra himself was a regular at this Italian restaurant, where the chairman's two favorite dishes, the Steak Sinatra and Linguine Clams are still on the menu. I had the spaghetti with Johnny's meat sauce and it was absolutely the best I have ever had. We wanted to go back but we didn't have time. You must go there the second you get to Palm Springs.

The menu selection for food and wine was top notch. It was hard to choose because there were so many good possibilities for an excellent dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, wines, desserts, and the great service. The chef was creative and it is an experience worth repeating.
