Blue Coyote is a longtime favorite Palm Springs dining establishment offering fajitas, enchiladas, margaritas, seafood tacos, set in a fun and lively atmosphere. Indoor seating is offered but most seating is outdoors along Palm Canyon Drive, with cozy overhead gas heaters for cool desert evenings in winter months. Full bar indoors. Several distinct seating areas outdoors and indoors offer privacy for large or small groups. Open for lunch & dinner. Exclusively offering tasty Southwestern/Mexican dishes - nothing else (no burgers or children's fare).

Great margaritas, great service and excellent fresh mexican food! We come here at least once everytime we are in town. My favorite is the seafood salad which is loaded with a variety of grilled seafood and pineapple. My husband loves the chipotle bbq ribs.
