The only independent coffee shop in Palm Springs to serve Stumptown. Along with a great selection of coffee, Ernest also offers a variety of wine, beer, and bubbly along with a selection of curated cheese charcuterie (starting at 4pm everyday) and also has a selection of baked pastries and quiche.
