In the main house, you will find that the living room offers comfortable seating and media options to please the whole family, as a 50-inch TV with cable and DVD player are at your disposal when you are not busy soaking up the sunshine out by the pool (heated for a fee). The attached dining room provides stylish seating for up to eight guests and gorgeous views of the sparkling pool and soaring palm trees. You and your guests will greatly appreciate the generous room sizes in the very open and inviting floor plan - perfectly suited for distinctive entertaining. The fully equipped modern chef's kitchen features slab granite countertops, stainless steel Bosch appliances, a gas range, wine cooler, and all of the utensils you will need to prepare delicious meals for friends and family after a full day of adventure!

This Palm Springs Alexander is located in a great neighborhood of mid-century modern and ranch homes, and is a very short walk to the Ace Hotel, Koffi, Saguaro Hotel, and the free Palm Springs BUZZ bus, connecting you to all of the hip and trendy downtown shops, galleries, and restaurants, without using a car. Simply head down Palm Canyon Drive for a day in downtown or put on your hiking shoes and make your way to Tahquitz Canyon! For even more fun, take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway sitting in North Palm Springs!

  • Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Space was adequate for 6 adults and two kids. House was clean and had ample supplies for our family vacation. We were disappointed that you have to pay an extra $150/day to heat the hot tub (so it’s essentially one big cold pool if you don’t pay). The rug in the “guest house suite” was stained and the kitchen faucet was broken upon arrival. The TV wasn’t connected to cable or satellite , so the kids couldn’t watch cartoons when they woke up before the other adults. The pool attendant didn’t arrive on the scheduled day to clean the pool, but rather two days later. We loved the midcentury vibe of the home but it was a bit disappointing in the aforementioned areas.

We were disappointed in VACASA service. Very robotic but eventually solved the issues.
Please please ensure you provide a manual that addresses house issues and not leave it on the renter to scramble trying to solve the problems.
