The attached dining room provides stylish seating for up to eight guests and gorgeous views of the sparkling pool and soaring palm trees. You and your guests will greatly appreciate the generous room sizes in the very open and inviting floor plan - perfectly suited for distinctive entertaining. The fully equipped modern chef's kitchen features slab granite countertops, stainless steel Bosch appliances, a gas range, wine cooler, and all of the utensils you will need to prepare delicious meals for friends and family after a full day of adventure!

This Palm Springs Alexander is located in a great neighborhood of mid-century modern and ranch homes, and is a very short walk to the Ace Hotel, Koffi, Saguaro Hotel, and the free Palm Springs BUZZ bus, connecting you to all of the hip and trendy downtown shops, galleries, and restaurants, without using a car. Simply head down Palm Canyon Drive for a day in downtown or put on your hiking shoes and make your way to Tahquitz Canyon! For even more fun, take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway sitting in North Palm Springs!

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
For stays 29-nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact Vacasa for more information.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

We were disappointed in VACASA service. Very robotic but eventually solved the issues.
Please please ensure you provide a manual that addresses house issues and not leave it on the renter to scramble trying to solve the problems.
