Not to mention, unlimited hiking trails abound in the foothills of Mount San Jacinto. Head over to Joshua Tree National Park for a quick day trip!

The modern remodel features mid-century-inspired furniture and artwork throughout. Enjoy the private pool, optionally heated for a fee, in the fenced backyard while sipping refreshing beverages and soaking in the sweeping views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The outdoor oasis has a gas grill, alfresco dining, and outdoor living room furniture, including chaise lounges. In the front courtyard, you will find a private and inviting spa. The living area is the social heart of the house, creating a communal atmosphere perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Also included is a large HDTV for watching your favorite shows or movies. Adjacent is a bonus den providing a comfortable sectional for reading and relaxing. The well-equipped kitchen is beautifully renovated with gleaming white quartz countertops, rich wood cabinets, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup! Start your morning with a hot cup of coffee, courtesy of the Nespresso machine. As evening falls, fire up the propane grill for a home-style cookout.

Things to Know

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Nice amenities. Clean and comfortable beds. Cute outdoor space to sit and socialize by the pool and on the other side there is a table and chairs. That part is easy to miss unless you walk around the corner of the house. Living room, kitchenette and a dining room table. Four adults stayed comfortably. There was an extra room but I don’t think it would be comfortable to sleep in. There was a concern that we’ve reached out to the company to resolve. Hopefully, we hear back.

This was an absolutely beautiful space. It was the perfect size for three of us plus a dog. The home is bright and clean and we had a great time in the pool. The beds were large and comfy. There is a large park very close by if your dog needs space to run around. We will definitely be staying here again.

It's a got the classic PS design on the outside and furnishings. Down side it is 15 to 20 minutes from Indian Canyon and downtown. But close to a shopping center.

This home was lovely! Super clean, fully stocked kitchen, everything was fully set up when we arrived. We appreciated that it was fully dog friendly, including the yard being fully fenced. The home is near downtown and across from a beautiful park, but still felt quiet and secluded. Highly recommend!

This home was beyond perfect! The mountain view created a Palm Springs getaway like no other. The contemporary modern furnishings gave us that modern feeling Palm Springs is known for but also created a home away from home. The best part of the home was the hot tub that was located away from the pool in the front of the home in an enclosed courtyard. It was perfect for those who wanted to relax while the kids still got to play in the pool in the pool.
