The living area is the social heart of the house, creating a communal atmosphere perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Also included is a large HDTV for watching your favorite shows or movies. Adjacent is a bonus den providing a comfortable sectional for reading and relaxing. The well-equipped kitchen is beautifully renovated with gleaming white quartz countertops, rich wood cabinets, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup! Start your morning with a hot cup of coffee, courtesy of the Nespresso machine. As evening falls, fire up the propane grill for a home-style cookout.

Things to Know

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Well, first let me say we're from the desert and after being at the beach "too long" we needed some R&R only the desert can provide. Basically, we needed a vacation from our vacation. This home delivered, and then some. I'm a cook, I'm used to lugging my kitchen so to speak with me everywhere we travel - but I didn't even need to unpack it. They had EVERYTHING I needed. Even the pots & pans were in top order. Everything felt homey, and loved, and just created such a good space for us to decompress for going home. The interior decor was top notch, the tv was located in a good spot, the pool was clean and welcoming...even the neighbor was welcoming! He said hi, and it's nice to know the people near you are nice too. And the dining table being located where it is, really helps people eat there, instead of on a sofa in front of the tv. As a couple with a small dog, we were quite impresses and thoroughly happy.

We had an amazing stay. House was perfect for everything we needed. Master bed was relatively comfortable and bathroom looked very clean and neat. Kitchen fully stock with cups dishes and cooking wear. Love the layout of the backyard. There was a Bbq area, a pool area with loungers, firepit and around the house a heated spa. Everything you could want or need for backyard activities. Our only issue was the lack of care to the pool. We can understand leaves and pollen flying into the pool that's normal but what we saw was dirt and debris at the bottom of the pool. Also, around the interior pool at the water line there was some grim on the tile work. In one of our emails it stated pool is serviced on Tuesdays and Fridays between 1-2. We were there Friday at that time and no one arrived for the pool. It just seemed the pool hasn't been maintained and clean on the regular. This was our only con. We definitely would stay here again. Just hope during our next visit pool looks more presentable.

The home was simply awesome with its pristine white color, and impressive furniture. Contrasting color inside. Great to see a small working den apart from 2B2B. Parking good enough for 1 car, but one can use the street for 2nd car park. Loved the stay though i feel tea bags/sugar could have been provided complimentary.

It isn't the best but wasn't the worst. House is great, clean, comfortable but definitely needs an upgrade on amenities. Hot tub not hot. Heated pool not heated(w/additional charge paid). Ran out of propane and one morning without hot water. Was told to buy my own and be reimbursed.

We loved our stay here - we paid to have the pool heater on during the time and it was worth it. The house was great for our family of four plus dog - well-equipped kitchen, fun decor, comfy spots to relax both inside and out. There is a park nearby that we enjoyed walks to and there’s a path along the golf course for longer jaunts. Restaurants and other attractions not far to get to. It was a lovely stay!

Nice amenities. Clean and comfortable beds. Cute outdoor space to sit and socialize by the pool and on the other side there is a table and chairs. That part is easy to miss unless you walk around the corner of the house. Living room, kitchenette and a dining room table. Four adults stayed comfortably. There was an extra room but I don’t think it would be comfortable to sleep in. There was a concern that we’ve reached out to the company to resolve. Hopefully, we hear back.

This was an absolutely beautiful space. It was the perfect size for three of us plus a dog. The home is bright and clean and we had a great time in the pool. The beds were large and comfy. There is a large park very close by if your dog needs space to run around. We will definitely be staying here again.

It's a got the classic PS design on the outside and furnishings. Down side it is 15 to 20 minutes from Indian Canyon and downtown. But close to a shopping center.

We were moved to this house as part of Vacation Palm Springs relocation program when the house we had reserved turned out to be a no pet house, despite the "pets allowed" indicator. Our review reflects this experience as they moved us to a much smaller house, in a much less desirable neighborhood, with a price that made the two seem comparable. Although the price was similar, but the houses were not, so I feel that the house is overpriced in order to seem comparable to much nicer houses. Unfortunately, that raises expectations that the house just cannot meet.While I really liked the master bedroom and bathroom, the rest of the house feels small, especially the other bedrooms and the kitchen. I think it could work for a couple and a small child or two, but two couples would find themselves in pretty close quarters. The living room is okay, pretty comfortable if you move one of the chairs for tv watching. Just remember to move it back. The cable tv set-up is weird. The remotes are not synced, and I think the cable box times out, and is awkwardly placed behind the tv so the remote doesn't always connect, and you have to constantly reboot the cable box. We are good with these things but still spent a half hour a day getting access to cable for news. You can try every source (none of the hdmi's are labeled) and none of that have an input. It was really frustrating. We never got the Master BR cable box and tv to work together. There are also some issues with the condition of the house. There is an ant problem, and while we saw no ants, the traps were everywhere and ant hills forms in corners of the slider. The hot tub cover is so degraded that the plastic is floating around in the tub, clogging the filter, triggering gfci's, and thereby not heating consistently. The silverware seemed rusty or dirty when we rented, and the kitchen layout is odd: very small, coffee filters in one corner, coffee pot in another, and coffee cups in a third. At least it's small enough to get to it all, but it feels very disorganized.While it is a dog friendly house, there are so many cacti that unless your dog is a lap dog, you have to keep checking paws and shoulders. We pulled a long cactus needle out of her shoulder. She wasn't aware of it, but still. We had to throw away a ball that got full of burrs from a prickly pear it bumped into. We pulled several burrs out of our pups paws. I would just get rid of all cactus except a few big ones. It's hard for a human to walk from pool to hot tub without scratching your calves.That said, the neighborhood is pretty nice. It's an especially nice block in the Demuth Park area, and the park has walking paths. There is a sewage treatment plant nearby, so if the wind comes from the southeast, you will smell it. The pool area is very pleasing, but not adjacent to the hot tub, but that's probably fine for most folks.

This home had everything we needed, but it was good, not great. There was a cockroach in the kitchen right when we got there and the kitchen counters were dirty. The pool really needed cleaning and, despite the pool cleaning schedule, no one came on those days. The bedrooms were great! Lots of pool towels was nice too. Just better cleaning would have been nice. Also, Vacasa is a nightmare to communicate with, as always. Unfortunately, Vacasa seems to have somewhat of a monopoly on properties in Palm Springs so this may be unavoidable. Overall, our stay was fine.

When we arrived, the key wasn't in the lockbox. Called the Vacasa Team and they were there within minutes. Thanks Team!
The house was clean, well appointed, comfortable and had great lighting inside & out. The area is great - quick access to everywhere you might need/want to go.
The pool area is comfortable - lots of seating (shade & sun). We didn't use the hot tub, so can't comment.
We didn't have our dog with us this year, but if we'd had, I wouldn't have worried about him as the yard is secure.

This home was lovely! Super clean, fully stocked kitchen, everything was fully set up when we arrived. We appreciated that it was fully dog friendly, including the yard being fully fenced. The home is near downtown and across from a beautiful park, but still felt quiet and secluded. Highly recommend!

This home was beyond perfect! The mountain view created a Palm Springs getaway like no other. The contemporary modern furnishings gave us that modern feeling Palm Springs is known for but also created a home away from home. The best part of the home was the hot tub that was located away from the pool in the front of the home in an enclosed courtyard. It was perfect for those who wanted to relax while the kids still got to play in the pool in the pool.
