Natural light pours in through sliding glass doors that lead to a covered patio. Recline on an armchair, sleeper sofa, and couch for a movie on the 60-inch TV. A game room has a ping pong table, darts, a card table, a treadmill, and a daybed that offers additional slumber space. Prepare home-cooked meals in the updated kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and a side-by-side refrigerator. Serve meals at the dining table. Two bicycles, books, video games, and a washer/dryer are provided.

Water cascades over a tranquil boulder water feature into the lagoon-style pool and spa on the double-lot compound. Ok stay. Pool was nice. It was unfortunate that you have to book the heating before the trip. We wanted to check the weather and the pool temp, and when cold, tried to get heat turned on for the 2nd-5th day, but that couldn’t happen. There were people coming through the gate nearly every day (pool, garbage, gardening), but that wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, layout was awkward and there were some nuances, but we would probably go back.

The garden was lovely with nice sized pool. Excellent location on a quiet street within walking distance of old town. Photos make it look more upmarket than it is but having said that it was very nicely presented and comfortable with a stunning master suite.

The pool tiles and the flooring near the pool are loose abd dangerous. My husband and son cut their foot on the loose tiles that aren't secured down. Outdated home. Smelled musky.

Property was very comfortable and organized for 2 families, our kids enjoyed the pool and the games, cooling system was perfect and bed sheets were clean. Kitchen was full of plates, cups and cookwares. Overall it was very satisfactory and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was as pictured, and was good. But, Vacasa double booked the property, and the circumstance is concerning. I was the rightful renter and had the correct confirmation code. When we arrived at the property there was another group using the house. What was concerning is that you are given an access code to type into the front door lock to get in, and the other group had a physical key. Additionally an access code was not sent to me when it was promised and instead I had to call to get a lockbox code. The manager helping me would not admit Vacasa’s mistake of double booking the property and gave no explanation to what happened and was inferring it was my fault. It’s very concerning that a rental company like Vacasa gave access information to the property to someone that was not the rightful renter. I will not personally rent from them again after this experience.

We were a group of 7 and had a wonderful time at this house in La Quinta. The pool and outdoor area are so lovely. We really enjoyed the bbq and eating outside, the views of the mountains, nearby hiking trails, and walking in to downtown for dinner. We will be back!

I loved the yard… even though it rained it was nice enough to use the patio and enjoy the sun ☀️ it was perfect for a fire pit, and once the spa heat was repaired we used that too
