This home made our vacation magical. The location is literally across the street from the Bear Creek Trail with an absolutely stunning view of the mountains. Every morning I sat outside drinking my coffee and watching the sunrise light up the mountains from the front porch. We rarely went out because the house was the center point of everything!!! We will be back!

Not only was the house super clean, had a great layout and fully stocked kitchen, but the pool area was perfect for a mom/son weekend. When we arrived, the pool was a bit dirty with a few chairs at the bottom and leaves and flowers floating, but the Vacasa staff was incredible! They came out within a few hours and took care of everything. I have rented from the other services in the past and have never had such friendly and helpful people with quick and exceptional service. Both my son and I said we would absolutely rent this home again and from Vacasa in locations where available. Thank you!

I will only book no pets allowed property in future. The house is beautiful but there was pet hair and dander.

We loved the location of the house - directly across the street from a beautiful walking trail. Perfect for those with kids and/or dogs. Also, the property was completely secure to let dogs wander around the yard. The house has plenty of room for extra adults and kids. Location is not walking distance to Old Town but very close with lots of restaurants and shops. Costco and Ralph's grocery store are both a short drive away, as well as theaters, etc. We found the neighborhood to be very quiet and friendly. Pool and hot tub looked nice but not warm enough for us for swimming. It was a very pleasant stay.

This was a wonderful vacation home away from home. Besides the spectacular view, there were many other desirable features: a well stocked kitchen; an outdoor grill that was easy to use; comfortable king size bed in large master bedroom, with a walk-in closet with open shelves and lots of hangers and space for clothing and luggage; wonderful pool and spa (it took a couple of calls to get it working correctly, local rep ******* was so helpful and responsive, had no further heating issues once he adjusted the setting); the house was spotless when we arrived, every room was very clean; al appliances worked well. It was so nice having morning coffee on the patio. Yes, there were some dove droppings as others have mentioned, but we just swept them up, I don't know know how you can avoid that issue, the birds always find a way to settle in a protected area overnight, even if there are preventive measures. We did not use the other bedrooms, but the small beds seem more suited to children than other adults. Overall a wonderful experience, very nice clean, well-stocked house with a fantastic view, we would definitely return.

Open floor plan, giant primary bedroom, comfy furniture, great a/c, good appliances. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful view of the mountains. Inside was pretty clean, except for a stained toilet and little things here/there, but the outside pool patio covered area was so dirty as to be completely unusable when we got there. I can’t recommend this place until the pigeon problem has been taken care of. Especially if what you really want is to relax by a pool for a weekend without having the clean up the place to do it.

The house was spotless and in great condition. All the rooms and interior faculties were in good condition. The house had every amenity one would need on a weekend trip. Our only hang up about this beautiful home was an error with the pool/spa heat pump. We were only able to take a quick dip in the pool once because the temperature was a bit low. We had anticipated using the spa, however the bubbles were the only operating feature and the weather never warmed up enough for us to consider a cooler pool experience. We called support but the soonest the maintenance team could respond was our last day - so we just left it as is and enjoyed the interior of the house.

This is a really nice, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood near Old Town La Quinta (lots of terrific restaurants!) and across the street from Bear Creek Trail. The pool and spa are very nice. We had a few issues with the pool and spa heater, it appeared to be a “maintenance due” issue with the pool heater. We were at the house in early March so it was still cool enough to need the pool heated. That is the only reason we did not give it an 5. All in all, we really enjoyed this home!
