Our family loved our desert escape, the home had everything we needed to enjoy our time here. The common spaces are large and the house is filled with light. Because the lot is slightly elevated you can enjoy Mountain Views throughout the home without looking out at much of the neighbor homes. We also made use of the proximity to the La Quinta Cove hiking trails, a short walk to the end of the street. Our kids really enjoyed the small pool and hot tub. I really enjoyed the sunrise view with my coffee each morning. The kids are already asking when we can go back!

Nice to get a home in La Quinta where there are views of the mountains close by. I don’t want to be in the flats, I came for the beautiful mountains that surround La Quinta and Palm Springs. House was well cared for and updated nicely. Nice size rooms and bathrooms.

This home was beautiful! It was 100% spotless, everything was up to date. New appliances, clean couches, and comfortable beds. The only complaint I have is that this property is managed by TurnKey and they have a rule that a manager needs to meet you upon arrival to go over the house rules with you. I didn`t find this necessary since I already had the rules emailed to me and provided to me at the rental. In addition to that, it takes time out of my vacation to have to meet someone (and they already have a late check in and early check out). I was fortunate that I couldn`t find a window of time that worked to meet the manager, but I can`t imagine having to put aside time on a vacation to have a mini meeting.This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Had a wonderful time here in an updated home in a quiet and secluded part of La Quinta that has magnificent mountain views. The place was super clean and felt very open due to the high ceilings. Everything was working perfectly and had a garage for your car which is a premium especially during summer. Close enough to many places. A very comfortable stay. Kitchen was fully stocked. Would stay again. Also, first time staying at a Turnkey place and it was a very pleasant experience. This house feels like a builder`s model.
It`s completely new, impeccably clean, and comfortably furnished.

The neighborhood is quiet, too. We were not disturbed at all during our stay.

The electronics and appliances inside the home were easy to use, with one exception. The ceiling fan remotes fell out of sync at one point. We corrected them -- eventually. On our next stay we won`t mess with the remotes. We’ll stick to the wall switches!

We encountered one issue with the pool filter/heater. The management company responded immediately and dispatched a technician to correct it.

Your kitchen is fully stocked. If you want to cook nearly anything, you are set with tools. Just bring groceries. Same for the barbecue grill. It’s ready to go.

We only used the master bedroom, but found it to be comfortable and tidy. The bathrooms were as clean as a five star hotel. The whole house kind of felt like a luxury hotel suite.

The washer and dryer were a helpful bonus.

We did not use the ping pong table in the garage or the games in backyard, but it’s nice to know they are there should we come back with a larger group.

We spent 99% of our time by the pool and spa. They’re compact, but ideal. The umbrella in the splash pad area provides much needed refuge from the sun midday. Closer to sunset, the sun dips behind the mountain, so your sunset / dusk experience is comfortable (and full of some spectacular colors).
