This was our second visit to this beautiful house. Both last year and this year we stayed for two months, and felt as if it were our very own home. The house is very well and thoughtfully equipped. A big attraction for us is the access to the Cove Hiking Trails, only half a block away, where we walked/hiked every day. Just a few minutes' drive from the house are the shops and restaurants of Old Town La Quinta. We very much look forward to our next visit.

We stayed here for the months of January and February. Every day, we felt that we had found the best and most perfect spot. The neighbourhood is lovely. The house is across the street from the Cove Oasis desert trails, for easy walking or challenging hiking. It's a short drive (or long-ish walk) to Old Town La Quinta, with great restaurants and shops. But it was the house itself that completely won us over. All of the amenities are there - a very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, bedrooms and bathrooms with top-notch linens, beautifully tiled throughout. The owner must have a design background - all of the furnishings, artwork, ornaments, even the rugs, have been chosen with such care. The two beautiful outdoor spaces were wonderful, a mixture of shade and sun, and very private. Over the lush bougainvillea, we had perfect views of the Santa Rosa mountains. We have already decided to return!
