Things to Know

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Minimum of one guest must be at least 30 years old and ensure all laws and rules are followed by the group.
The pool or pool spa can be heated upon request for guest stays of three nights or longer! 24 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $150 per day plus tax must be paid prior to check-in.

The location was especially awesome! Lots of beautiful walking and hiking very close by. The house was comfortable, and the pool was fun. The kitchen and outdoor kitchen were amazing, we just didn’t take advantage of that.

Love it! Super clean as shown on photos. Also safe but one thing we couldn’t turn on the grill on the back. We would rent it again. My two daughters had a blast.

Lovely home. Not enough dinner forks, 4, and too many salad forks, not my favorite to use when eating steak. Pots and pans in desperate need of replacing due to non-stick surfaces damaged. Damaged non-stick cook ware is harmful. Toilet paper is just about the cheapest one can purchase. Nice house, very comfortable but making a buck now is too important

Loved the pool. Was chilly not heated however want going to pay $72 a day for the heat. It was perfectly refreshing for our use
What was not good is the coffee maker was broken. So NO Coffee

My family enjoyed our stay for spring break. The photos of the house we true to what was there. Very comfortable and private feeling whether out front by the pool or in the backyard on the patio. The location was great for quick access to trails as well as the downtown. The house was well supplied.
We would stay again.

Beautiful home. Huge inside. Large living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and large MB bathroom. Large walk-in closets. Beautiful pool area. Pool is smaller than Full size. Nice, well appointed, but small back yard with built in grill, and great seating for outdoor eating. Well worth it. We will be back again!

Best room layout of any of the several places we have rented in LaQuinta Cove. Front and back yards are very nice, and nicely fur nished. Backyard barbecue is impressive. The house is well furnished. We would definitely rent again.

The Pool and the Hot Tub were perfectly shaded so that we could use both the whole day, Even at 120 F. The kitchen was well eqiupped and everything was nice! We loved it!
