Easily done with bar seating for two at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals and entertain guests. Head out to the lush backyard, completely surrounded by privacy hedges, and take a dip in the sparkling pebble-tec swimming pool with waterfall and bubbling hot spa (both heated for a fee). Great for relaxing with cocktails after a hard day of golf or shopping, you can float your cares away in the warm Palm Springs sun. There is also a fire pit, barbecue, covered patio, and plenty of seating, looking out to a lovely view West to Mt. San Jacinto.

This Palm Springs vacation retreat is conveniently located just three miles from downtown Palm Springs. Sitting just north of Highway 111, it's also close to Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert attractions as well! Start each morning on the right note with a sunrise hike over at Araby Trail mere minutes from your front door. When you want to head into town, don't hesitate to check out the delicious restaurants, art exhibits, and shops on Palm Canyon Drive. Not to mention, a day trip to Joshua Tree National Park is under 30 miles from home base!

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Very good location, house very nice and clean and suitable for us. The big deal for us was the wonderful backyard. Unfortunately it was a little bit cold so we didn’t use the pool but it looks like it would be great on a warm day.

This house was amazing! The location is central to supermarkets, minutes away from restaurants & downtown & in a quiet neighborhood. The house is clean, the backyard has an amazing pool with waterfalls and plenty of grass for our fur baby. The kitchen had every utensil, supply & cleaning products needed. I'm already planning on coming back! Thank you to vacasa, I had not heard of vacasa before this trip but you won't regret booking with them...their service is exceptional! We even ended up booking another night.

The pool area and backyard is gorgeous. Lush and green with everything you need for lazing by the pool, including pool toys and plenty of sun shades and lounge chairs. The home was very clean and spacious, with all the kitchen amenities you will need. You might want to bring your own pillow as the bed linens are a little uncomfortable, but we would definitely return!

The house was comfortable and accurate to photos. Only complaint was pool water temperature was very warm. We rented for 6 days mid July and the pool felt like bath water. Also pool room is garage and not insulated so very warm.
We would rent this place again but in Spring months before it gets too hot to use the amenities.

Clean pool, BBQ, fire pit, and plenty of seating in the back yard. The dark couch had quite a bit of dog fur on it and the cutting boards were old. We bought a new one and left it for you. We loved how close we were to the hiking and downtown. We had a great time hiking, biking, and swimming in Palm Springs.

This house has a fantastic back yard with everything you need to relax. It was warm 100 degrees but we stayed cool in the pool and shade of the patio. Nights are sublime. Kitchen has everything you need including spices. We will return.

My wife and I stayed for a week at the Bev and loved it. It's super clean, well appointed, and the backyard/pool area is incredible. Pool/Hot tub heat worked perfectly, and everything we needed was provided from basic cooking essentials to bathroom supplies. We've stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and we always leave behind kitchen essentials that we've purchased on our trip - things like Pam, olive oil, sugar, spices, foil, ziploc baggies, etc. We always find it frustrating that these types of things are rarely there when we check in. Well, this place had all of these things and more. Even half a case of bottled water left in the pantry, and a full case of Kueureg coffee pods. Check-in was simple and non-contact. We absolutely loved our stay and would return to the Bev in a heartbeat.

Everything we could possibly need! Linen/sheets were top notch and beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well apportioned; we appreciated the proper glassware and utensils and made good use of them. The spa/pool instructions were easy to follow and the equipment (spa heat/waterfall) worked extremely well. The design of the house maximizes its space very well with the large open concept in the living and dining room. No wasted space. The bathrooms were top notch in design/materials; large amount of towels were much appreciated. We did not use the grill or firepit,but made excellent use of everything else. The location and views of the mountains are great. We appreciated being a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. We loved the home and were thoroughly impressed. We will certainly ask about The Bev when we plan our next trip.
