Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

We love our stay at the Brentwood. The pool and yard are perfect and the bed was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed making fresh juice from the orange and lemon trees in the yard. The house came with everything we needed. We were traveling with a toddler and were very pleased to find that the sliding doors were easy to lock and that there were cabinet door locks provided for child-proofing. Our only complaint was that there wasn't a pool net so that we could skim leaves out ourselves, but that was a minor inconvenience and did not disrupt our enjoyment at all.

We showed up on time but didn’t enter until 4:30, when we found that a back door was left ajar because the lock holding the keys had melted. It’s was 116 degrees outside and the maintainance member didn’t arrive until 45 mins after the issue was called in. The maintainance team was the highlight of our trip. The pool was murky and filled with insects and golf balls upon arrival. It was not cleaned until 5p the following day, that’s 24 hours of no pool fun time for us. The gas grill’s igniter was broken. It was the 4th of July. We were able to light it with a lighter, unfortunately it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, our food was on the grill for 3 minutes before the basin caught fire and destroyed our 4th of July bbq, almost had to throw a pound of flour into the bbq to stop it..
The refrigerator grumbled from time to time and needed to have the lower freezer opened and closed throughout the night to stop the grumbling. There are 30-40 perimeter halogen lights (not landscaping lights) that remain on from 6p-6a, there is no way to turn them off, per the Vacasa maintainance crew, they were kind enough to try to cover them, but that would have posed a fire risk. Its very bright inside at night which makes it difficult to sleep well. On the third night of our stay, at 9:00p the power went out and we had to gather all of our belongings and leave the property in the middle of the night, as 1. It was 102 and rapidly getting hotter inside the home and 2, the power company and Vacasa reps let us know it wasn’t scheduled for repair until 9a the following morning. Vacasa didn’t have other homes to send us to, they would not comp a hotel.
Lastly, the batteries were dead in the remotes, we couldn’t use the main TV. There were no back up batteries. This was an exhausting stay.
The place is not well kept at this time. I wish I could say differently. Glasses and utensils while looking like they were put through the dishwasher needed to be rewashed. The garbage disposal doesn’t work and was clogged with plastic bags, annoyingly the sheets smelled of mildew. Lastly, the primary toilet is not fully affixed to the floor.
The home could have been so much fun.. we spent two of the four nights that we had planned on in the home. Over the course of those 48 hours, I was on the phone with Vacasa 24 times……
I’m hoping that by leaving this review, the team will check up on the issues in this home, I’m hoping that others may have a better stay.

While the pool is serviced twice a week, occasionally debris does find its way in between cleanings. We are sorry for the inconvenience it caused. The refrigerator in the home is brand new and working as it should. The garbage disposal has been repaired, a new igniter was ordered for the grill and all new batteries have been placed in the remotes. The landscaping lights had some loose wires that have been tightened and they now work properly. We also appreciate your feedback regarding cleanliness and we will work diligently to address any issues appropriately. Thank you for letting us know there is room for improvement and we hope you will allow us the opportunity to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

The Brentwood was fantastic! We loved everything about the home which is exactly as pictured. The back yard is terrific! Loved sitting outside on the comfy furniture soaking up the morning sun. 2 minutes from the grocery store but remember to bring your own bags or get charged 10 cents per bag (gotta love California). House is chock full of amenities. Beds are heavenly. Tons of towels provided for pool lovers. I could go on and on...LOVED IT!

The Brentwood was fantastic! We loved everything about the home which is EXACTLY as pictured. The back yard is terrific. Unfortunately the weather was too cool for a swim (Phoenix wimps) but just looking at the pool and spa was relaxing! Loved sitting outside soaking up the morning sun. Awesome — 2 minutes from Von’s grocery store — sweet!! Bring bags or prepare to spend 10 cents each. Oh California.... House chock full of amenities. Beads are heavenly. Tons of towels provided. I could go on and on. LOVED IT!

This was a great place to stay. My kids and grandkids loved it and having the pool and spa right outside the glass sliders was perfect. We were able to fix Thanksgiving dinner and keep an eye on the kids in the pool. The kitchen was spacious and well equiped with upgraded appliances. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and all living areas were very comfortable and the house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. A perfect place to stay.

We really enjoyed our time at the Brentwood! Vacation Palm Springs was quick to respond to my questions and the check-in process was quick and easy at their office. We arranged to have the pool heated ahead of time, and it was ready for swimming when we arrived. The house looks like it`s been recently remodeled and we enjoyed the mid-century modern feel. The kitchen had all the basics, the house was well stocked with pool towels, and the closets had lots of hangers for us to use. The house is located right on a golf course, so you will probably see golfers pretty close by, but planters offer some privacy, and actually our 5 year old son really enjoyed seeing the golfers as well as walking on the course in the evening. We also saw some planes overhead as we were near the airport, but noise was not a problem at all - again my son really enjoyed watching the planes and we even saw some WWII planes from the museum flying by - very cool! Overall, we would definitely recommend this house as a vacation rental, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks Vacation Palm Springs!

This house is gorgeous and inviting. Quick ride from the PSP Airport and close to shopping. The rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable. We spent most of our time in the pool and entertaining. The stylish and comfy mid-century furniture, modern appliances and well-equipped kitchen provide all the essentials you need for a weekend get-away or extended stay. We will definitely be back! We suggests stocking up at Vons Supermarket, which is conveniently down the street. Great fresh vegetables and wines to chose from. The house had all of the kitchen essentials for cooking and entertaining. Also, tons of beach towels and linens available at the home.
