THINGS TO KNOW

City ordinance requires check-in for all reservations. Only the registered guest whose name is on the rental agreement can check-in and they must provide their ID as well as the credit card that was used at the time of booking.
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Quiet hours start at 10pm, at which point all activities must be moved indoors.

The pool was perfect for the adults and grandkids alike. They were in it at least six hours a day. The entire backyard area is wonderful: a barbecue, seating area with fireplace, covered patio, and poolside. Having the pool heated ahead of time is a must. The bedrooms were well furnished and all have access to an outdoor seating area. There was space for eight around the dining room table. The ping pong table was a great addition. The outdoor shower and toilet were really handy. That said, we had problems, most of which were addressed quickly: the lockbox code we were given was incorrect. The electronic blinds in the master bedroom never worked, even though we purchased replacement batteries for it. The TV wasn't connected to the internet so wouldn't play anything but local (old) programs. This was fixed by the VACASA tech guy on our second day. The pool was very dirty when we arrived, and then the pool person skipped one of the pool cleaning days. This was never explained to us nor remedied. And one of the smoke detector's batteries failed at 3 a.m. on the first night of our stay with no instructions on how to get it to stop beeping every two minutes. We finally went online, figured out how to detach it, and tried unsuccessfully to pull one of the batteries out to stop the infernal noise. We wondered if it is a disposable alarm and cannot be reused after it goes bad. We buried the box in one of the distant bedrooms (only two of us were staying there the first night). Not much sleep that night. I was wishing for a refund for one night but that didn't happen. The tech person came the next day and agreed with us that we should simply leave the alarm box detached so the VACASA people could deal with it after we left. In spite of these hiccups, we would stay there again.

Look no further, you’ve found it! This home is gorgeous! The location is quiet and close anything you need. The home is so clean and well taken care of and the pool is wonderful and spacious. There is plenty of room for the whole gang. The backyard is nice and private. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place, we had such a great stay here!

Our stay was great due to the great location & lay out of this home. We stayed for 2 weeks & we had everything we needed. Beds are terrifically comfortable. Backyard was our hang out place. We would stay here again!

Location was amazing! The vibe of the home and the layout was incredible and exactly what we were looking for!!! Plenty of towels and toiletries tons of space. We had an amazing time. Loved the decor and layout of the pool and landscaping.
Things out of the control of VACASA
•6:40 am construction on both sides of us
•spa never got warm enough to get into (charged extra for pool heat)
•beds were really firm not the most comfortable
