Loved this home, the location and the amenities but…..and it’s a BIG BUT, this sits in the flight path of the airport, planes fly very low and noisy and begin before daybreak. The planes arrive and depart frequently and are very disturbing. If not for that, I would consider renting this again.

I loved the pool and the design of the house. I liked the location, we were near a lot of great restaurants and fast food. The only concern was the king mattress which was uncomfortable and also there were lots of ants in the purple bedroom.

Our family does a yearly Palm Springs vacation and we liked the house. But it can use some upgrades in the bedrooms and pool area, The rooms with the queen mattresses were very worn out and the shutters in the master bedroom can be fixed. It would’ve been nice to have Fans and TV’s in all the rooms not just master bedroom. We enjoyed the open concept from kitchen to living room very spacious! We especially enjoyed the long dining table. Over all we enjoyed the house !

The master bedroom shutters have been realigned and are working properly. The guest room mattresses are in good shape but we will make sure to add additional supporting slats to prevent sagging. The layout of the house was great. We had little kids with us and the bedrooms were close to each other and the kitchen and living rooms were open and spacious. The backyard and pool area were great and very private.

This property was in a great location. Very close drive to downtown Palm Springs plus many stores/amenities in immediate area. However, I requested a week early to have the pool heated and it was cold upon arrival. It then took three phone calls and an email before maintenance came to check the pool. Out of my four day stay, the pool was only heated for one day. Management gave me a partial refund on the pool heating fee. Also know that jets fly over this property starting around 7AM and are extremely loud! Otherwise, the house was clean and well stocked with essentials.

We loved the convenience of being so close to downtown, walking to the grocery store and quick drive to the airport. The space was large enough for six adults with the necessary items. The back yard was great for sunny days poolside or cool evenings by the fire pit.

The pool was well enjoyed but for very dirty after day 2 and the pool net was broken. The last two days we were also getting rained on by ash and the it was extremely overcast due to the fires. Also the pool lounge chairs are a bit over used. Called regarding the spa jets or the functionality of the spa in general and it did not work. The beds were super uncomfortable, especially in the master bedroom. The living room was okay but the couch wasn’t very clean in between cushions. Enjoyed the games and puzzles. Close to the grocery store and any other amenities you might need during your stay. I’d probably choose another house if I ever go back again.

We loved the location! The house is located on the corner and had a wall with large hedges for a lot of privacy. We liked that we could park in the garage especially during the summer. The pool is perfect for lounging.

House is located on a quiet area. Home is beautifully furnished and meticulous clean. private Pool was very clean and delicious, it has one problem though, you can only have either the pool heated or the jacuzzi, you can't have both. In overall we had a very nice stay! would definitely recommend to others. Management company was very nice and prompt, if I had a problem, I called them and it was solved within the next 2 hours. When you check in you need to go down to the Vacasa office which is not so convenient, It would have been much more convenient if one the managers come down to the house upon arrival.

The house was as advertised. It has recently been renovated, and contains everything needed for a stay. It is conveniently located near shopping. The pool is a real pool, deep enough for lap swimming or lounging on the floats. The only drawback is that it is near the end of the airport where take offs occur.
