This home sits in a great location to enjoy some peace and quiet while still being within a few miles from downtown, the airport, and the foothills! Head out each morning to one of the various trailheads in the area and beat the heat on a lovely walk as you look out to the valley below. For even better views, make your way to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway located six miles from your front door. On the way home, head into downtown and grab a bite to eat at a local eatery, as there are unlimited choices that will not disappoint!

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

This house and backyard were beautiful! Very spacious. Kids had a blast between the pool, ping pong, foosball, putting green or spacious frontyard. Beds were comfortable. I wish the showers heads came off wall. Hard to wash the kids hair so we had them take bath instead. AC worked great! Bbq worked. Sucked not being able to play music outside. They had pool floats for the kids (Maybe left from previous guest) ice maker was awesome! I would stay there again for sure!

This vacation house was perfect for our big group of 9 adults who were in Palm Springs for festival season. We enjoyed the beautiful interior but spent most of our time hanging outside and chilling by the pool. We loved that the kitchen had enough plates, cups and cooking utensils and were grateful for the beach towels that were available to use. Everyone had enough space and their own rooms- we loved the 2 master bedrooms with the tubs! The plane noise wasn’t that bad considering we spent our mornings outside however it is still pretty loud. The whole check in process was easy and we opted for a later check out. Not too many clean up rules but we made sure to leave it nice and tidy. Thank you for this experience! Will definitely consider booking this house the next time we are in PS!

Great House for a golf trip

Six guys spent 4 nights at this house for a Palm Springs golf trip, where we golfed for 6 rounds. The house with its 5 bedrooms and large couch accommodated our group. We had many conversations around the lovely fire pit in the back yard. (Could potentially use some trimming of the nearby palm to allow for easier access to the fire pit). Everything was as it was pictured. We had some issues opening the front door initially, but that was resolved by one of the guys finding a door in the backyard unlocked. Oops. The biggest issue we had was with heating the pool and spa. I had requested them to be heated 1 week prior to our arrival and so was expecting them to be warm when we arrived. Only to find out that the heat was turned on earlier in the day that we checked in. The pool did not come to a comfortable temperature until the 2nd evening. But at that point the spa was the same as the pool and we could not get the temperature raised. I spent 30 minutes on the 1st and 2nd nights talking to Vacasa representatives that I'm guessing were overseas about the issue. I received a call from the local team on the 3rd day about the issue. They sent someone over and got the heat working on the spa. So far they have refunded me for 1 day of heating of the pool, and hopefully they will refund me for the 2nd day.So my advice would be to book the home, but if you are planning on using the pool heater to be wary.

The home is a great layout for 2 families as it’s divided perfectly in half almost and shared spaces are large enough for all to gather. The house was surface clean but needs a good deep clean - bath rubs were dirty, light switches were dirty, dirty hand prints on walls, recycling can was over flowing with past guests beer cans. A few fixtures are broken ex. Towel rack. We had a few prblms with the unit - power went out but vacasa was responsive so that was good. Outside area is great

We loved the layout of the home. It worked perfectly for our party of 6 adults and 4 children and 2 of their furry friends. The home was well stocked with everything you would need from toiletries to spices to tin foil and paper towels. We left our Graco PAC N PLAY in the laundry room so it is our hope that other families would find this useful rather than having to rent one. There was also an infant bathing seat left there as well which came in handy because we had a 7 month old. When you rent this home you are under the flight path of the airport which for some would be bothersome but I personally didn’t mind. The instructions were to let Vacasa know 24 hours in advance if you wanted the pool heated which I did do only to be told that I had to let them know 72 hours in advance so I wasn’t able to have it heated at the cost of $72 per day. I knew there was a cost but did not appreciate the rudeness of the person I dealt with when my contract stated only a 24 hour notice. We had a wonderful time at this property but would recommend a better pool cleaning service as it was not as clean as it should have been. All in all I would stay here again .

We really loved this house. It was very clean and a perfect setup to bring a dog to. We had 7 adults and everyone had more than enough space to hang out together in the common areas. The rooms were nicely appointed with updated bathrooms. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Our family of seven enjoyed the abundance of open space, both inside and outside. There is so much about this house that we loved -- there was a putting green which we shared so much fun at. An amazing pool with a hot tub, we all enjoyed just getting up and jumping in the pool or having a nice hot tub before we went to bed. Three of the bedrooms had doors that went right out to the pool so that in itself was truly amazing. We had a outside grill which was amazing and there was also a outdoor sitting area with a propane fireplace (we did not use this only because we just took advantage of the pool and played cards inside in the evenings). The property is directly under the flight path to/from Palm Springs Airport, but it wasn't an issue we actually enjoyed watching the planes come and go. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with anything you would need, very clean, comfortable, with high end furniture -- this property was truly amazing and was better than expected -- we would definitely go back.5 Stars!!!

This property was great for a family trip. Spacious, well appointed home. Great amenities. Family had a great time using the pool, putting green, ping pong table, and foos ball table. Made for hours of fun. Check in and check out was easy and professional. Would highly recommend.

This vacation rental was in a good location in proximity to the airport and downtown area. The check in/check out process and communication with Vacasa was efficient. The house was clean and the backyard area provided our group with something for everyone (fire pit, putting green, pool/spa, grilling area). The only drawback of the house was the internet, our group was unable to connect to wifi and had to use a hotspot from a phone to get the TV's to work. It is also worth noting that the pool and spa are connected. So, if you don't heat the pool, the spa will be cold too. We realized this upon arrival and called Vacasa right away. Their team turned the heat on and sent someone out a few hours later to make sure everything was working properly. It heated up within a day.

California Vacation Villa was the oasis we needed in the heat. The pool was totally refreshing and cool with the waterfalls and changing lights, as was the jacuzzi. The fire pit was nice for s’mores and the putting green was fun for all in our party. Inside the house had many tvs with all sorts of choices of movies and live tv. There was also a really nice foosball game and plenty of sitting and dining area. Kitchen was stocked well enough and we cooked or barbecued every night.

The pictures are an accurate depiction of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again.

This house was fantastic! It very much felt like a "luxury" rental. Everything was as-pictured or better than expected - VERY clean, comfortable, high-end furniture, hardware, appliances, etc. The kitchen is beautifully stocked with nice pots and pans, a huge variety of dishware, etc. The pool set-up is so much fun and beautifully done - the beach-style entrance is so great for kids. We did end up heating it as it was quite cold when we arrived and we were very glad we did. All-in-all, we had a great stay and made full use of all the amenities!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and the location was close to shopping and attractions making the location quite convenient. It was neat and adequately stocked and organized which was a huge plus. The security gate was also a nice feature and we loved the fire pit!

This is a great VRBO…great outside ambiance during 95 plus degree weather, roomy, clean close to activities, stores and a gym. Good appliances and laundry all of the rooms appeared fresh…one drawback that was mentioned to me was the thermostat being locked at 76 so some were warm but temp was fine to me

The backyard and pool/hot tub area are great!
The interior of the house has been nicely updated.
However, the furniture is tired and needs replacing.
The bedding was soft and cushiony.
Beware....the house is at the end of the runway, and the first plane each morning took off at 6:15 am!
Overall, we were happy with our choice of houses!

This house is managed by a management company and they certainly run a great operation. Check in was quick and by the time we got from the rental office to the property, a rep was there to walk us through everything. The house has everything you could ever need. It’s modern clean and just so relaxing. We loved it. Loved having a washer dryer on property and the 4 baths were a nice plus. This may be one of the best finds in Palm Springs.
