Beautiful house with plenty of room to spread out. Beds were a little hard but bearable. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, bowls, cups, plates, etc. Close to stores. Nice quiet neighborhood. The house was fantastic with multiple spacious living areas and a kitchen that had more appliances and supplies than one could ever need. This place is ideal for large groups and entertaining. The pictures don’t do it justice.

The two twin bedrooms were tiny with no dressers but the other 2 bedrooms were beautiful.

The early checkout was inconvenient but we managed.

when we arrived to the property we were welcomed by a representative and shown around. The house was beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed string at the house. All amenities were as described. The only thing that was odd was the super early check out time. This house is very spacious and has everything you need. The kitchen is stocked and then some. The beds were comfy and there was space to unpack your things. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the outdoor bbq. The outdoor TV said it is not connected to WiFi (we did not try it) and I’m not sure about cable.

My one complaint is a new-ish rule about music in La Quinta. Officially the rule is NO MUSIC (or loud voices) outside AT ANY TIME OF DAY. Not even quiet music. The fine is $1000. We were not planning to play loud music or be rudely loud, but it was a bit stressful to wonder if we would get a $1000 fine for playing a small Bluetooth speaker while sitting by the pool in the middle of the day. This is not the property’s fault, but be aware before booking.This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Large, spacious house. Beautiful back yard patio/pool area. Loved the outdoor kitchen. The master bedroom mattress was pretty uncomfortable, but that’s not unusual for a vacation rental. The pool/spa heating fee was included in the overall price, which was really nice! The location is excellent. The floorplan is HUGE and was a ton of fun for our group of 8. It could easily fit more, but kids and adults could spread out as much as they wanted. Pool heater had some issues, but they were quick to reply and send out repairmen. Some of the pool chairs were coming apart, but in general everything was in great condition. This house has so much space, it was awesome for a girls weekend. With 7 of us, we were able to spread out and never feel crammed. The pool and hot tub were awesome!
