Unwind on the plush sectional and armchairs beside the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 65in TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-appointed and stylish kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including double ovens, a five-burner gas range, as well as two sinks.

Keep the chef company at the kitchen bar for six. Open up two pairs of French doors in the dining area for open-air meals around the eight-seat table in the dining area.

A kitchenette in the pool house is appointed with a sink, coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave.

BED & BATH

Find comfort in the expansive primary suite, which features a king bed, outdoor access, and 65in TV. The oversized bath offers a jetted tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, TV, and access to a private outdoor space. The bath is fitted with a walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in the third bedroom, detailed with a king bed and bath with a walk-in shower.

The poolside casita offers a private paradise, equipped with a king bed, kitchenette, TV, and dining for four. The bath has a walk-in shower.

A true private oasis, the backyard offers an incredible setting to lounge and simply enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Fire up the gas grill in the outdoor kitchen and dine alfresco at the table or bar.

Spend blue-sky days by the heated, 6'-deep pool with a waterfall feature as well as a spa. In the evening, gather for conversation around the gas firepit.

So private but yet we could walk to old town La Quinta. This home is the perfect get away. It’s basically your own world w/ great pool and see nothing but mountains and palm trees and landscape. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom so perfect for families and I can imagine for couple retreats. The pool is amazing with hot tub and waterfalls. We will definitely be back

The home is large and well stocked. The pool area is pretty and the landscaping nice. The bedrooms are large and each has an attached bath. The home is close to town so we were able to bike. The neighborhood is not gated and some of the homes are nice while others are very run down and in disrepair. I'm not sure why but there is a terrible smell in the backyard and in the street in front of the home. It smells like rotting food. Perhaps the run down homes near by do not have proper garbage collection. We would have given the home a passing review, but paid an additional fee of $700.00 to heat our pool.Our pool was frigid. We called right away and on the third day of our trip two repairmen arrived. They told us our pool had a broken part that made heating impossible. They said they woud order the part. They never returned and the pool remained unusable. I called, sent texts and was told our money would be refunded. When I got home and did not see a refund on my credit card bill, I called again. After being told a refund would be given in a text, I was told in a phone call that it was denied. We paid $700.00 for nothing. I had been warned by friends not to use Vacasa. Never again. Terrible customer service. The associate that called me told me she was just delivering the message and that there was nothing she could do to help me. I asked for a manager or for someone to call me. I'm still waiting. I'm still amazed that a company charges thousands of dollars to rent a home and then asks for $700.00 more for pool heat and then delivers a broken pool and no refund. Unethical!

Thank you for letting us know about your stay, Jennifer. We are very sorry that the pool heater was broken and didn't work for a portion of your stay. The fee paid for these days has been refunded. As the pool vendor was able to replace the broken part and have the pool and spa heat working for the remainder of your stay, the remainder of the pool heat payment was not refunded. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. We will continue to work with both our local staff and homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you!

This was a great house with a nice sized living area and a beautiful outdoor space. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials which was a nice surprise for a rental. I would warn renters to read all information, as we were a bit mislead about the pool being heated. All information under pool heading would have you believe that it will be heated without prior notice or charge. However there is information under the heading "Location" that states differently you will be charged and need to request heating prior to arrival. I would definitely suggest that the managing company place the specific information under the pool heading and not hidden in an area with seemingly different details. Would have been 5 stars.

Gorgeous private and comfortable home with 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms make a perfect place for families or several couples. We have stayed here a couple times and love it. Pool is private and surrounded by rock waterfall and hot tub. View the mountains by the outdoor kitchen with misters to keep you cool. Putting green and lots of lush landscaping. Walk to old town for great restaurants
