Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, that’s the good news. However the house is very dark even with the lights on. And that yard with a pool feels like a prison! Two fireplaces, but not usable, stuffed with fake plants. Not our cup of tea, should be better at that price!

House looked even better than the photos. We loved the old villa style aesthetic and the house came with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We made our trip with a plan to spend most of it in Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. It's about 40 min to Palm Springs and about 1:20 min to Joshua Tree. Kinda a long drive but the houses amenities really made up for it. Everything was so clean and orderly on arrival. We can't wait to go back.

The first day, I was told to be directly heading to the vacation home via virtual check-in, but the email from the vacasa office on the same day said it is a city ordinance to stop by the rental office. I called the 503.345.9399-> this number, and the lady who helped me said I still have to go to the rental office. I stop by the office, and the lady who greets us told me I didn't have to stop by the office. I was baffled.

The third day in the morning, my kids were screaming and seemed scared so, I checked around the house and found that pool service was there at 7 am. My children were not entirely wearing clothes at the time; of course, no one is expected someone who punches the gate code and entering the premises (the kitchen window has no blinds nor curtains), and our check-out time was supposed to be 10 am. My family is not happy that our privacy wasn't protected. I took pictures and videos for evidence.

This home was located within walking distance to a great nature walking trail. It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was comfortable and clean and the pool was added bonus . It was the perfect spot to relax , rest and recharge.

If you are looking for a quiet home with Spanish flair than you should check out this home. With that being said, this house could use a little TLC. With new kitchen countertops, cabinets and appliances this place could look amazing. There was a large selection of desert landscaping however it is overgrown and is beginning to block walkways and the areas around the pool. On a positive note, the pool was very clean and the water felt perfect during the hot July days. We had some issues with our reservations partly due to COVID however communication with VACASA with difficult. At one point I was on hold for over an hour and 15 minutes just to speak to someone to confirm our reservation. On the day of our check-in we were instructed to drive to downtown Palm Springs to their rental office to check in so we drove 35 minutes to downtown Palm Springs and then we received a phone call informing us that we no longer needed to check in at the office and that they would just provide us with a code to allow entry into the home. After receiving the code over the phone we drove 35 minutes back to La Quinta to finally check into the home. I understand that times are confusing right now so I am trying to be understanding but I thought it was worth sharing.

Well, we liked the house and location, but wanted a pool to relax and cool off in. The pool was filled with hundreds of bugs, I believe to be called Boatmen. Even after pool maintenance came around, the bugs were plentiful. Vacasa did nothing to compensate for this, and only offered a future discount if we book again. Well, we will never use this site to book again and won't recommend this home. Ray

Great time will not be our last time using vacasa. One down fall was driving around the mountain to get in and out of la Quinta.

My sister and I recently stayed a couple of days in this adorable home and wish we could have stayed longer. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and just perfect. We really liked sitting in the chaise lounges enjoying the sun, pool, and Mountain View. Neighborhood was quiet at night. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and close to several casinos. What a wonderful mini vacation. Will definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

Very spacious 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The pool outside is amazingly fresh when the days are getting hot you just want to relax at the pool. We cooked almost every night we were there. The oven and utensils at this place are top notch for cooking. Hope to stay again someday.
