We had 3 families enjoy this home for a weekend. So kid friendly, roomy, and clean. Our only complaint was having to wait in a 40 minute line outside of the community to go through the gates. Keep this in mind if you’re traveling with kids that will need to use the bathroom! Other than that, we had the best time and will definitely be back!

This home was awesome! We had a group of 7 adults and 3 kids and this home exceeded all of our expectations. There was plenty of room for our group and we spent most of our time in the backyard. The yard had everything you could imagine, from bocce ball, corn hole, putting green and of course - the beautiful pool! Everything was spotless and the furniture was in great condition. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had nice shutters to block out the early sunlight. The local team was very friendly and responsive. I will 100% book this house again!

Our group of 12 really enjoyed the house, especially its outdoor space(s) and activities. The cornhole, bocci ball and large chess set were fun for the whole group. The outdoor TV worked great and the outdoor sink was handy and the BBQ was clutch. The covered portion and countertops outside served as a great place to hang out. The inside was light and bright with a good amount of general seating.

Starting with the good, this place was amazing. •The outdoor area was some of the most beautiful of any places we’ve stayed out. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, golf green, and corn hole and most evenings, I found myself sitting out by one of the gas fireplaces outside or cooking over the grill. •Outdoor fireplaces were wonderful.•The kitchen inside was well furnished with plates, condiments, and plenty of cookware and we really enjoyed everything about the house. •Beds were comfortable and it was great. •There were also plenty of towels for both the pool and house and safety was never a concern at this property. My teenage daughter was in the pool house and I was never concerned for her being out there alone and I know she enjoyed it.•Kids never got bored. We were able to manage the pool settings via a tablet in the kitchen and that worked great allowing us to set temp for both the pool, spa and enable/disable the water features.The few cons I had were as follows:•master bedroom closet was locked so with no place to put away clothes, that was a pretty big pain•we paid to have the pool heated while we were there. The people before us must not have had it heated because it didn’t warm up until the 3rd day we were there into the warm temperature we were expecting. •having stayed in gated communities before, it is usual to be able to enter any of the gates via a code or something but for this community, you had to come through the 1 manned entrance and the rest of them were inaccessible for entering. This made it hard for our kids to walk around the community as they weren’t allowed back in through any gate but that one.So those were the few cons I could deal with. Here are the things that were unacceptable and why I would not stay here again.•we had 8 people with us so I had to rent a 12 passenger van to get us around in 1 vehicle for the week. We received a citation from the HOA for an unauthorized vehicle. The owner and Vacasa did what they could but ended up telling me I couldn’t park in the gated community. I was able to get the van into the garage and that way got around the problem but it was very stressful worrying about the HOA harassing us while we were there. Any time I entered the property after dark, the gate questioned us about the van and if we knew it wasn’t allowed. They let us in each time but like I said, stressful.•the $1000 fine warning for parking on the street and city’s noise ordinance’s w/ a hotline for residences seemed over the top and again, just generally not welcomingAll that to say that while the property was indeed a beautiful property, the community was not for us. It seemed clear that the HOA and city really wanted the property to be reserved for those who lived on it. On vacation, I like to relax and having that stress going on just wasn’t worth it.

Loved the amenities at this home. The grandkids were in the pool almost every day. Great kitchen. Although only 2 limp kitchen towels and a very cheap sponge for use.

Beautiful house and well stocked for your needs! Very accommodating for a large family, with something to keep everyone of different ages entertained. I would note that the master bedroom does not have a dresser for storage and you do not have access to the closet, so plan accordingly or share storage with other rooms if possible. Hopefully they will do something to rectify this inconvenience.

Casa de luxe is one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in. The house is clean and a well stocked kitchen with lots of room for our family of 10. Backyard is huge with the most inviting pool and hot tub. Loved the outdoor kitchen and entertaining areas We will definitely plan to return.
