Enter through the gated courtyard and step inside to find a great room with exposed-beam ceilings, a wall of glass doors that open to the terrace, and a U-shaped sectional sofa positioned in front of a big-screen TV and a gas fireplace. It's a perfect space to entertain, with a six-person dining room, an adjacent wet bar, and a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a center island for prep work, an eat-in table by the window, and a large bar counter for four that connects to the billiard room. The terrace out back is just as wonderful for entertaining, whether you're enjoying the private pool and spa, playing air hockey in the shade, practicing your putt with a view of the mountains, or grilling an al fresco dinner.

At night, you'll find the three king bedrooms - each with a Roku TV and access to the outdoors - in the east wing of the house, and two trundle beds in the billiard room on the west side. Additional features include four full bathrooms, central air conditioning throughout, and a private washer/dryer off the kitchen.

This home is located in a highly desirable neighborhood of South Palm Springs, right next to the acclaimed Indian Canyons Golf Resort. Downtown Palm Springs is only three miles north, where you'll find all sorts of fantastic restaurants, mid-century antique shops, and nightlife along Palm Canyon Drive. You'll also be perfectly placed for scenic desert hikes through Indian Canyons, just two miles south.

Thank God for this pool thank God for the marble floors thank God for the air-conditioning they set at a great level to accommodate such heat. Great kitchen great refrigerator. Great TV.

The house was big and clean. There were actually 3 bedrooms and a room with a pool table that they added 2 twin beds. It was not a private room since it was connected to the kitchen. It would have been great if one of the bedrooms would have 1 or 2 bunker beds for kids.
We could not find the tablet to turn on the jacuzzi so we did not use it. The backyard was a great size and the mini golf was fun but the pool was dirty and saw a few cockroaches on the ground and chairs so we never eat outside.
We liked the location since it was close to market, and to downtown Palm Springs.

We are sorry for any aspects of our home that you didn't find suitable for your stay. The pool is cleaned twice per week by our pool vendor. There is a fee for pool heating that has to be paid in order for guests to use the jacuzzi tablet. Our home is also on a pest control plan and they visit once per month. We had a great time staying at this house in Palm Springs. The location was great - super close to downtown. The amount of space we had for the number of people was perfect. Every room had their own en-suite bathroom. There was plenty of storage to put everything out of the way to keep the house tidy. There were plenty of kitchen amenities, and we never ran out of glassware, plates, etc.
We did have issue with the pool not being heated for the first day, but they addressed it in a timely manner.
The only comment I would give is that the mattresses in the game room were pretty old and saggy in the middle, making for an uncomfortable sleep. Other than that - no complaints!

This house was immaculate and beautiful inside. The layout of the house is perfect! Each bed and pillow is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever been in. The pool is exactly what you need in hot Palm Springs. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
