This two-story townhome is brimming with Spanish charm and conveniently close to everything. Hang out by the shared pool, just steps from your rental, or relax in the shared pool spa. There is a well-equipped, full kitchen that has everything you might need to make a fantastic meal or cook something out on the BBQ. At the end of the day, cozy up on the couch by the fireplace, or head up to the balcony with your beverage of choice and watch the desert sunset. And if you're a member, grab your racket and play on one of the many courts.

What's nearby:
Old Town La Quinta is less than two miles away where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, and exciting nightlife. If tennis is your forte, the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is held annually at the Tennis Gardens in Indian Wells less than four miles from your front door. And for visiting music lovers, the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals are held in Indio at the Polo Grounds, just a little over five miles away.

We loved our whole experience at Casa La Quinta. Such a pretty and peaceful location, set up against the mountains, amidst palms, trees and flowers. The townhouse was comfortable, exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. We had coffee and drinks, on the patio. We lolled in and around the pool. Cooked meals in the fabulous kitchen and slept like logs in the comfy beds. 10 days went too fast. All VACASA interactions were helpful and charming. Thank you.

This condo is in a great location, La Quinta Resort. You don't have to leave if you don't want to - restaurants, golf, spa, pool, jacuzzi, all close by. The interior could use a few repairs and updates but it was very clean and priced very well a last minute getaway.

The property is cute spacious and has everything you need! The Spanish style decorations really gave the house a personality!

Going to the desert you will get critters in the house. We had a few spiders and some cockroaches. It’s the desert, it is what it is!

The one thing I would say is bring your own pillows!!!! Pillows on the house were not comfortable at all!

Other than that the stay was amazing!

This is a wonderful stay in a beautiful home. We had an issue with the thermostat but an electrician was sent out immediately and replaced the thermostat, no further troubles after that. Location is perfect - great walking and easy access to restaurants.

I picked this place because we love the La Quinta resort and it did not disappoint. It is perfect for 4 adults or 2 adults/2-3 kids. It's right on the edge of the tennis courts at La Quinta and has a pool pretty much in the backyard that was not crowded at all. I love the charm of this home - I will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was the perfect size for our family of 3. The location to the pool and spa were perfect and it was a beautiful walk through the resort to the restaurants. The back patio and bbq such a lovely perk. It is in such a beautiful location for lunch or dinner.
We would love to stay in this home again and hopefully we will have to opportunity to enjoy it again.

Overall the stay with my family and I was pleasant until just the night before I discovered a Cockroach in the kitchen, was gross. Then my mom comes to tell me the day we leave that she had killed a couple other throughout the days, but just didn’t tell me. I would’ve given this house 5 stars because beside the facts of the roach situation everything else was great, but with that I couldn’t. Definitely needs to get that checked out.

This is the perfect size rental for a small family or two couples. It has two bedrooms with a king bed and two singles, and an optional roll-out single bed. It was comfortable with two outside seating areas downstairs and an enclosed patio upstairs. As you can see from the photos, well decorated with a coordinated theme.

The only negative was a slight musty smell downstairs next to the room dehumidifier. It looks as if they may have had a water leak in the past next to the sliding glass door.
