WHAT’S NEARBY

The Mesa Neighborhood is one of Palm Springs's oldest neighborhoods and is known to have been a place for the stars to come and relax. The Joseph Cotton manor, located in the neighborhood, has hosted luminaries such as Natalie Wood, Lloyd Bridges, Van Clyburn, Kirk Douglas, and Tom Bosley. Just up the hill, you will find the historical Ship of the Desert owned by fashion designer Trina Turk. You can also find the Barry Manilow mansion in the Mesa. The location is within walking distance of Morton's Botanical Garden and the 'Buzz' transit that runs Thursday-Sunday straight to Downtown!

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Fantastic location in a lovely, quiet, safe neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. The homes had incredibly comfortable beds, all the cookware and kitchen accessories one could need, board games, great window dressings, premium showers, and a really fun backyard and pool area to spend the the day. Hope to be lucky enough to return one day soon.

We really loved this spot, the layout of the house was gorgeous and so nicely decorated. The beds were super cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed! There was plenty of seating inside and outside and the pool and hot tub were both great!

Great location for getting around Palm Springs. The space and decor is unique and high quality. The kitchen has literally everything you could need. The pictures don’t do justice for the great size of the living room and patio area by the pool. Great spots for guests to hang out without feeling cramped. We had three couples and it was a great size and home layout.

three full bedrooms with kings and baths, perfect for us, 3 senior active couples, ideal location in The Mesa, best spot in all of PS, near big hiking, cycling, golf, restaurants. Will book this same house next year won't spent five minutes looking around.

Everything was perfect for this house. This is the 2nd time we stayed at this house. Everyone loves it.
There are some minor items I would like to mention.
The mattress at one of the master bedrooms wasn’t so comfortable. It looks like have a reverse slope to head side.
The AC return has a lot of noise when running. Specially at night…
Other than that everything looks great.

Great PS vibe and decor! Pool and outdoor areas were fabulous, as were the pool toys!
Great house, will book again. Several minor irritants need to be addressed and repaired: light bulbs out, smoke detectors need new batteries and go off all the time. When the dish washer is opened both racks come flying out at you, not good. The stove top has some lighting issues and the burner disks were on the wrong way, making it difficult to get full flame. My other concern is the dryer. Stops running it’s cycle at about 10 minutes! Hard to dry towels efficiently and start the bedding before check out.
Thank you for stocking the kitchen with so many herbs, spices and any utensil imaginable! For me, as a cook, that was awesome!

Just visited this home and it was absolutely incredible! The layout of this home is perfect for multiple couples or families with King beds in all rooms and two of the bedrooms being basically masters with private bathrooms.

The home also had an awesome sonos set up for those music lovers, as well as total smart home lighting.

The only issue we had was there was a communication error with them heating our pool so when we arrived it was pretty cold. Unfortunately given the time it takes to heat the pool during winter months we were not able to rectify this in time to enjoy the pool/spa. But, that won't be the case for everyone.

We will be back ASAP!

This home far exceeded expectations. It was gorgeous and stylish and every aesthetic and comfort detail was considered. Everything was new and sleek. I was disappointed that there is a high daily fee for the hot tub written into the small print of the contract I signed and you don’t get jets at all without a daily hot tub fee. I would rather they just raise the daily price because it was worth a higher weekday rental price but I really dislike hidden fees. I would be delighted to return again for another birthday party with my close girlfriends.

The house was even more lovely than the pictures. All the amenities were as advertised and more. We were hosting two couples who we see infrequently and the home was perfect for group cooking, eating every meal outside, and general laid back visiting. Of course the home is also in a perfect location for easy access to everything one wants to include in a Palm Springs vacation. I highly recommend this home and the excellent service received from the staff at Vacation Palm Springs rentals.

The place exceeded my expectations from what I saw online. It was a very lovely home with everything we needed to enjoy the house. Casa Mesa is exactly as it appears online. The home is well furnished, well stocked in terms of kitchenware, appliances. The pool area is private and lovely. We had some minor issues which were dealt with immediately by Britt, Jazmine and Bri at Vacation Palm Springs - I cannot speak highly enough about their prompt service. I would encourage you to stay at Casa Mesa - we will certainly search it out the next time we come to Palm Springs.

This was the BEST vacation I have ever had in Palm Springs. I was there with four of my Good Good Girlfriends and we had a ball! The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, well-equipped, and the area is very quiet. We were all very impressed from the moment we entered the home!

The location, size and appointments made this house a perfect home for relaxing with family or -- in our case -- a gathering of friends. The sizes of the bedrooms were generous -- each couple was quite comfortable -- and the various living areas (indoor and out) were inviting and conducive to lounging and talking. The pool was great -- quite private -- and it was pleasant to float about and enjoy the mountain views. We had meals both in and out -- and the kitchen was well equipped to prepare and serve large meals. The staff at VPS were responsive and friendly. We`ll definitely book again.

Casa Mesa is absolutely amazing! Check-in and check out was a breeze. Short drive to the airport. Couldn’t have been easier - which was so great after a long flight. From the moment we opened the front door, we immediately felt at home. The layout is a perfect for families or couples. Very comfortable and well laid out. The decor is stunning! The home has everything you need - not a single thing missing. You couldn’t ask for a better vacation rental. The backyard and pool is heavenly! We spent most days hanging out in the backyard and in the pool and spa. Was so relaxing and fun for us especially for our two kids! You couldn’t beat the location. He home in a nice quiet neighborhood with mountain views. So close to downtown Palm Springs and all the great restaurants. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this vacation rental. You will not be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mesa. We were looking for a romantic getaway and surely found it. Our bedroom view, through the sliding doors, was the beautiful blue of the pool and hot tub, lush greenery and palm trees, with the San Jacinto Mountains in the background. The beauty of it was inspiring and the privacy divine. We so enjoyed the peace and serenity of the quiet neighborhood. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We prepared many of our meals and found it easy to do in the fantastic kitchen. Everything we wanted to do was nearby, making it easy to get around. We can’t wait to go again next year!

This property is the perfect location for a relaxing get-away! The layout is ideal for families or a group travelling together - spacious indoor and outdoor common areas as well as more private bedrooms (with the most comfortable beds!) perfect for napping after a full day in the sun. The house had everything we could need, it seems like the owners really went out of their way to make this a stylish retreat that was still totally comfortable and kid-friendly. I loved how close we were to restaurants (we liked Lulu for breakfast, and loved hopping around to different places on the strip for dinners), bars and shopping – it made it super simple to quickly grab coffee in the morning, etc. We were there with kids, but I think this would be the perfect location for a romantic vacation or even a girls’ weekend, as well. All in all this place is a total win. We’ll be back!
