Start each day with a leisurely hike in the foothills and head back to tow for a delicious meal at Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, or Rooster and the Pig (takeout only)! For a bit more excitement, head over to the Palm Springs Aerial Tram just North of Downtown!

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
This home has a 7-night minimum booking requirement. For stays 29-nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact Vacasa for more information.
The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

I was in Palm Springs for a week and this rental was perfect. Close to downtown and shopping. Quiet community with plenty or parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow what a place. We were very inpressed with this unit. We are regular Condo exchange/renters. This unit had items in the kitchen you never see in a rental. Super. Kitchen was well stocked, bag clips, sticky notes, tea supplies, storage stuff( plastic wrap, zip lock bags, foil, glass containers( Wow. Nice newer furniture and kitchen stuff. Best of all was Location, Location, Location. Walking path along the golf course, Ralphs within 2 blocks, other local restaurants + a Donut shop! Quite location. Some noise from unit above. Actually an older property(1985 I thnk), showes its age by the layout. This unit had newer appliances. One thing needed is Comfort height toliets. Would return next year.

This condo is a complete charmer that makes it difficult to leave. The only drawback is because it is lower level, you hear upstairs residents. But it was not so bad we couldn’t sleep or anything like that. More like an awareness.

Efficient check in, responsive staff when we couldn`t figure out lockbox and electronic wouldn`t open gate. Clean unit. Nice patio area
