The bright open spaces are a pleasing feature you'll enjoy and the spectacular great room style main living area features a fireplace, and an accommodating dining area. Beautifully furnished to seat up to 10 comfortably, this room flows onto the pool area with floor to ceiling glass. The new and completely renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and barstool seating for two, making any recipe a breeze. When days heat up, everyone will love heading out to the backyard area that boasts a sparkling pool and spa, ample lounge chairs, a furnished covered patio, and lush green hedges that create a perfectly private oasis.

The expansive master suite opens on to the pool area and features a king bed, offers a private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, beautiful new fixtures, a walk-in closet, and its own fireplace. There are three additional bedrooms with queen size beds that are tastefully appointed with all new furnishings, linens and bedding. Pool/spa heat is added upon request at an additional charge.

WHAT’S NEARBY

Located near downtown and several golf courses in the heart of Palm Springs, including both the Mesquite Country Club and Bel Air Greens, this retreat is a perfect place to call home for golfers and other guests alike. If a morning or evening hike is on the agenda, don't hesitate to head over to Araby Trail and snag a glimpse of the city from above. The wonderful restaurants, shops, and art galleries along Palm Canyon Drive are a must-see as well. Plus, the various celebrity homes in the area will be a blast to the past with wonderful mid-century designs that are unique to the area!

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
For stays 29-nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact Vacasa for more information.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

The management company made it easy for early check-in and super simple duties to check out. The home is stunning! The backyard is perfect for family or friends. I really can`t say enough good things about my experience. The photos don`t do justice. It`s so much better in person! It was an absolute pleasure to be guests in your home! The home was beautiful, inside and out! The decor was fantastic and the entire house was stocked with plenty of towels and everything in the kitchen we needed to cook a big dinner one night. I cannot say enough about this property. The noise ordinance in Palm Springs is a bit of a bummer, I`ll be honest, but that`s the deal for all of Palm Springs. The home itself was very close to shopping, restaurants, and golf courses. It was a great find!

This home is a mid-century lovers dream. The views from the courtyard are incredible. The neighborhood is quaint. The home itself has lots of amenities and was very comfortable for our stay. The master bed is incredibly luxurious and plush. The sheets on all the beds are heavenly. The home had plenty of towels, dishes, utensils and relaxation space. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The house was well maintained. There was plenty of room for 8 adults. The beds were comfortable and it had lots of comfortable seating. Loved the roomy patio. It had a large table with 8 chairs and a playpen type seating area for socializing. Fire pit and large pool & jacuzzi was well used.
