Walk into the refreshing coolness of the central AC, and put your feet up as you lean back in the soft leather recliners. Catch up with your favorite cable show on the flatscreen TV while the private washer/dryer takes care of any dirty laundry you may have. Step out onto the patio to take in your golf course views and sip an ice-cold drink as you kick back on the outdoor furniture. Connect to the WiFi and check the weather forecast before you schedule your tee time. Fire up the gas grill to show off your BBQ skills and enjoy the views while you cook. If grilling isn't your thing, the fully-equipped kitchen will help you bring your culinary creation to life. With stainless steel appliances and a microwave, you'll have no problem keeping everyone fueled up and on the go. Gather around the elegant wooden dining room table, then head outside to cap the day off by watching the desert stars come out.

When it's time to retire, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home will host up to six guests with ease. In the main bedroom, you'll be treated to a soft king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and direct deck access. The second room has a queen-size bed and plenty of storage, while the third room has two twin-size beds and deck access as well. Sip your morning cup of coffee as you enjoy a light breakfast out on the patio. Grab your clubs and head over to the clubhouse to make your tee time. Drive down the perfectly sculpted fairways before heading back to the pool to unwind with a few laps, then gather around the firepit to tell a few scary stories. Revel in your sun-soaked days as you float in the pool or navigate the golf course hazards, then finish your days with long pool spa soaks and fireside stories when you book your next trip to this Southern California home.

If your favorite band is in town, you can check them out at music festivals such as Coachella or Stagecoach. Take the group to the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens or over to Indian Wells Tennis Gardens to see the pros rally down the baseline. Afterward, treat everyone to a dinner at Restaurant Santa Fe for a delicious Mexican-style meal!

THINGS TO KNOW

Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. Per CCMC 5.96, No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10 pm to 8 am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well.
One (1) car is permitted per room.
The pool is shared and controlled by the HOA.

Location was great! Sitting on the back patio you watch the sunset over mt san Jacinto while looking across the palm lined fairway. The fire pit in the front court yard was equally inviting. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable. Extremely well maintained property. Thanks!

This is a great property. Lots of seating in the living room. 3 TVs well stocked kitchen with everything you would need even a blender. Huge master bathroom and bedroom. Lots of extra linens towels. Lots of comfortable seating on the patio. BBQ on the patio. Close to the clubhouse , tennis courts and fitness room. Ate at the clubhouse a few times and the food and drinks were great. Very close to grocery store and pharmacy. I would definitely stay at this property again. Also great service from Vacasa.

Enjoyed the stay, it was perfect for our travel schedule. The home was clean, comfortable and convenient to stores, restaurants and Golf. Instructions were clear for entering and exiting. Dish washer didn’t work but a note was posted. Also, may look at the kitchen faucet, appeared to be a little loose. Thanks again for letting us stay at this resident.

This was the perfect condo for our Palm Springs trip. We loved the location, the beautiful view, and easy access to everything Palm Springs has to offer. One night we cooked a great dinner of surf and turf with risotto and roasted cauliflower - they have a fantastic kitchen with enough utensils to make an easy and memorable evening for our group.

Great rental place! Good location to get to local attractions and restaurants. It was nice to have a full kitchen to cook there if we didn't want to go out for meals...especially breakfast. A burned out light bulb outside was fixed within hours! We also liked the gated community feature.

We really enjoyed our stay! The sectional sofa was an added plus as it was NOT in the photo so you should update as it was so much nicer having it. All amenities were great! only item missing was 2 lounge chairs for patio to nap on. We would certainly rent again! thanks so much!

The only issue was the mane cable line is in office/ 3rd bedroom. This was unplugged. Spent alot of time to figure that out. Rest of place was great. Location great. Clean. Security was very courteous and helpful

Great location, modern amenities. Full size washer and dryer and central air worked great! Kitchen well stocked and laundry soap and sheets included. Rental company was very helpful and check in easy. The unit a few hundred yards from the fitness center. We parked in stalls right outside the unit. Will rent from them again in future stays in the desert.

it was nice to stay in this apartment. It is located inside a golf resort and it's a very safe place. We were playing golf at the Mission Hills Golf for the LPGA qualifying school and this apartment is very close to it. I fully recommend this place to stay.

This Unit is located at the Perfect spot within the Beautiful Dessert Princess.
It is furnished perfectly, clean, modern & located close to 7 pools.
My Wife & I were amazed at the tranquil feeling we both felt.
This place is perfect. We will be back to this location yearly.
I have been coming to Dessert Princess for 11 years & could say that this place was my favorite location. Home away from home.
