My 11 year old and I loved staying in this condo for 4 nights in April. The place was so stylish and clean, it had all the amenities we needed, the location was excellent, it was nice and quiet, the bed was so comfy and the pool area was so lovely. It was the perfect home base for exploring the region and I wish we'd had more time to relax and chill out by the pool and in the living area. Lots of little touches like fluffy pool and bath towels, modern and colorful decor and stamped postcards made us feel super welcome and appreciated. Can't wait to return!

We loved the style of the place, felt bigger than it actually was. Well stocked with all you need to cook etc. we also enjoyed the pool and hot tub and cooked steak on the BBQ.We did walk into town, but if it’s too far Uber worked very well too.

Loved this home so much. Really felt like being at a friends home as it had all the comforts of home and pride of ownership. The view was unbeatable from the inside and the pool area. The kitchen was so well stocked more so than most rentals with nice appliances and dishware. The only reason I am deducting 1 star is because I had specifically asked if pool was heated and was told it was before I rented. It was not. About a month before I noticed a review that said hot tub not working and asked about it and was assured it was fixed. I called and texted Vacasa multiple times to tell them it’s still broken and please fix. They essentially did nothing and I gave up. It was not working for first 5 days but then the regular pool guy showed up for regular maintenance and I asked him about it. He fixed it right away by getting a new board. I was able to use hot tub last two nights only. They also told me it had a Keurig when it had a drip so I had purchased the wrong coffee. Very disappointed in Vacasa experience and lack of support but the home is fantastic!

This condo is exceptional. It is very comfortable, has everything that you will need, including a well-equipt kitchen and robes (a very nice touch), and a lovely outside/shared pool/gril area. It is close to a grocery store, Italian deli, liquor store, and Prescott Preserves. You can walk to the downtown area, but it might be a hike for some people. We originally were only going to stay a few days, but had such a good time, we extended our stay for an additional 3 days. They could not have been more accommodating. We will be coming back to stay again.

This place was phenomenal. Everything you needed was at your fingertips. The decor was welcoming and modern. It was clean, comfortable and the location was close to downtown Palm Springs. I would highly recommend this Cerritos Style. I hope to return .

We've stayed at many rentals over the years at various price points and this place is number 1 on our list. Where do I start ???Here is a list of items I can think of...i.) on a scale of 1 (worst) to 10 (best) to measure how clean the unit was. It was a 11ii,) Amazing attention to detail - From a fully kitted out kitchen, towels, etc, iii.) All kitchen accessories were new (applicances , pots, pans ,etc)iv.) A new Frame TV in the living room is awesome. Hence when the TV is off you can view digital art.v,) Unit is far enough from the street that you can't hear street noise at night (inside unit) vi.) Well though out design and layout of furniture and accessories Not only does the unit look cool it is very functional !!vii.) After our first night we discovered the coffee maker leaked, I reported the issue to Vacasa and it was replaced that day viii,) Vacasa staff were awesome to deal withix) Kudos to the owner of Cerritos - Pride of ownership is very apparent. It screams I am proud of this place and as well it should be.RegardsDale K.
