Located in the south Palm Springs Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood, you will be close to downtown and all of the major attractions. Before making your way into town, enjoy a morning hike less than a mile away at Tahquitz Canyon. When it is time to explore the city, the famed Palm Canyon Drive awaits with unlimited options for dining, shopping, and checking out the local museums. For a few local recommendations, pop into Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, Rooster and the Pig (takeout only) for a bite to eat.

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

This is our second time at this home and it didn’t disappointment! It was just as amazing as the last time 3 years ago!

The layout of the home was grand and it was wonderful that each bedroom has its own bathroom for our guests.

The pool setting was spa-like along with the hot tub! Beautiful view of the mountains, sky and surrounding palm trees

The location is ideally centralized and walking distance from downtown and a waking path down the street.

The staff with Vacasa we’re amazing and the customer service was exceptional!

Can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay, loved how the master bedroom is on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms on the opposite side. The beds are comfortable and the house had everything you needed. Downtown and shopping are close by. The only little bit of stress is one of main gates to drive in is on a timer and you can’t control when it closes. It’s usually takes a minute or so. If you have small children or dogs it can be a little nerve racking worrying about where they are at that moment. The street in front of the house is a semi busy road. But truly the backyard is stunning. Plenty of privacy. I would stay again for sure.

We were pleasantly surprised by this house. Very nice layout, well-equipped kitchen, and pleasant, private pool area. Nice outdoor areas with plenty of sun and shade. A very comfortable house. All three bedrooms have a full en suite bath, and no shared walls with other bedrooms. The house feels bigger than it is. Access to the garage was nice (my advice - back in.) Nice TV, but no streaming ability that we could find. Bring your own Roku, etc. if you want that. Input control for TV is hard to find - look closely in the lower right hand corner. Bathrooms are a little unusual - quirky but good. A/C is very good and quiet. Some road noise in the front yard, but not an issue inside or in the back at all in peak-season month we were there.

We had a great stay, we were looking for a place to relax and swim and avoid crowds. The home has a great open layout with plenty of different spaces for different moods. The pool is a great size and the high green walls in the yard have plenty of privacy and are also nice to look at. There is also an amazing soaking tub and the neighborhood is very walkable and close to Palm Canyon Dr restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful home! very well stocked with all necessities. Excellent location, dog friendly, comfortable beds. The kitchen is well laid out. Only downfall was the city ordinance of absolutely no outside music.

Perfect grounds, comfortable interior, and the proximity to downtown was ideal. There were three of us adults, plus my senior white labrador. We all throughly enjoyed the home. A very nice stay considering our need to leave the foggy coast of Santa Barbara. We`ll be back in September.

This home exceeded our expectations. We`ve stayed at a few short-term rentals in the immediate vicinity to this home, and this home is our favorite. The home is tastefully decorated and very private. The accommodations are very comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities we expected. The check-in/out process was seamless. We have no recommendations for improvement. The renters handbook explains nearly all of the home details including the contractor maintenance schedules, which is very helpful to alert renters when the pool and yard contractors will be on site. The reservation team was very responsive, and customer focused. Clearly the management team is focused on customer care and that was felt in the limited interactions we had with the team.

We had a great stay at Club 1070. The home is just beautiful. The kitchen is perfect for. Family gathering with a huge island around which to congregate and share meals and conversation. Each of the three bedrooms has an attached bathroom, which is really convenient, as well as a separate powder room. The pool and pool are are large and welcoming, and the whole property is super private. We had a fun, relaxing stay!

The house had a fantastic layout. We loved the Chef`s kitchen that opened into the living space. The pool and patio area were wonderful! We greatly enjoyed sunny days by the pool and loved the fire pit in the evenings. The property had beautiful landscaping and a great privacy hedge. An added bonus was the mature citrus fruit trees that we used for breakfast and cocktails! We loved the neighborhood and it was convenient to downtown and food shopping.
