I didn’t read the fine print- you have to pay an EXTRA $75 per day if you want to have the pool heated, essentially making the pool useless. This should be included in the price if you post pictures of it on the advertising. We were very disappointed and felt gouged the day before we arrived. And it took a few days to warm up.

We are booked in lieu of a hotel is thought we are reserving something with the hot tub and pool included. Once we checked in they told us there was a 3 day $300 minimum to heat the hot tub and pool. Also the oven smoked up the entire kitchen and the barbecue wouldn’t get hot enough to cook on making it very difficult for us to prepare food. This house is very comfortable in many ways but unfortunately with this management company and some issues with the home I do not recommend it. Another problem is the pool pump is extremely loud and makes very loud noise for many hours of the day. We let the management know we had to check out early and were not able to prepare food in oven or BBQ and they were not apologetic. They also didn’t offer any concessions. We paid twice the room with that they were requesting in fees as well. Be careful before booking this property.
