My mom and I came to Palm Springs for a relatively short stay. The house we rented was clean and had everything we needed including WiFi, a fridge and a Keurig. The beds / pillows were comfortable. Out unit was right next to the tennis courts and pool and we didn’t have any issues with noise. The neighborhood overall is quiet. If you are very tall, the shower head is quite low. I’m 5’7” and I had to dip my head a little bit. Not a reason to NOT stay here - just or awareness

We had a fantastic day at Coco Cabana. It was the perfect place for our family. The condo is incredibly well located directly next to the tennis court and also the pool. Easy 10 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. Everything easily accessible but a nice tranquil location to base yourself, the condo was very well thought through the simple design touches that really helped put us in the Palm Springs vibe. Beautifully manicured grounds, and a great laundry room! We can’t recommend this place enough.

My husband, daughter and I just stayed in The Coco unit #31 for 4 days of a perfect vacation! Kathy was available right away to answer questions, give recommendations for activities and restaurants and for all of our needs and questions. This very spacious and perfectly decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath was in a great central location and just right for our needs. Favorite things about this place and our trip: walk out the door hiking and biking, the electric bikes Kathy let us borrow, her dinner reccos, watching xmas movies on the huge Roku tv, nightly hot tub and swim sessions, and the quiet and super relaxing Coco Cabana condo complex.

We spent a 3-day weekend here and LOVED it. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath has all the amenities and is perfectly located: close to downtown Palm Springs and hiking out the back door. The host, Kathy, responded right away when we had questions, and let us use her electric bikes (we didn't even use our rental car). We spent our days soaking up the sun at the pool and visiting Palm Springs, and our evenings in the hot tub and watching movies on the huge tv with every streaming and cable channel you can imagine. The king-sized beds are heavenly, and the MCM interior is very cool and fun. I will stay here again for sure! Thanks Kathy.

The CocaCabana is a wonderful gem in Palm Springs. The pool is fantastic especially if you like to swim laps. There are also two tennis/pickleball courts and the mountain views are spectacular. Unit 31 is decorated beautifully, very modern and comfortable. The beds and bedding were excellent and they have everything you need to cook and entertain. There is also a new laundry room close to the unit. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a month here in November and highly recommend it to everyone.

I never want to leave! Not only is this condo perfect, the Coco Cabana is awesome. People are friendly, the pool is perfect and I had a great time. This unit has everything you need. I`m now learning how to play pickleball and the paddles and balls are there to use. The beds are comfortable and big. I recommend this unit and can`t wait to go back, 2 weeks wasn`t long enough.This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Fresh, bright, super clean, nicely-styled condo. It looked like this was a newly refurbished unit in an older complex and it was done very well.
