WHAT’S NEARBY

The gated Casa Verde condo complex is located in the center of Palm Springs, just three quarters of a mile east of downtown. You can easily walk or ride your bike to Palm Canyon Drive, which is lined with celebrated restaurants, shops, theaters, casinos, and other nightlife and sources of entertainment. The Palm Springs Convention Center is less than half a mile west, the Palm Springs Art Museum is only half a mile beyond, and countless championship golf courses await in the immediate area.

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week

This condo was, overall, a great place to stay for a month, in central Palm Springs. Three blocks away from the main drag, a reasonable rate, very clean, and a quiet complex with pool, hot tub and tennis courts. A few downsides--the condo needs some updating to the bathrooms and kitchen. Everything functions and is clean, but it feels dated. The only other critique, and this is my main one, is that it was problematic enjoying the small outdoor deck because the downstairs neighbor smoked outside through the day and evening, and the smoke blew directly onto the deck, and into the apartment when I had the screen door open. What a bummer. That made the promise of indoor/outdoor living not as realistic. Overall, a good condo in a great location.

We really enjoyed this well located condo which is so convenient to downtown, groceries, and other needs. The condo is very comfortable. The grounds and swimming pools are well kept. The condo is well stocked although one bathroom needs some updating.
