LIVING AREA

This light-filled single-story home has a posh feel and offers plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the California sunshine. Multiple patios and a high-end pool and spa are surrounded by tall walls for added privacy.

Gray tile floors line the art-filled living room, furnished with sofas and contemporary chairs. Kick back and watch the latest Netflix movie on a 48in smart TV, or stretch out with a book in front of the electric fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

Updates in the sleek kitchen include a side-by-side stainless steel fridge, gas range, a dedicated wine fridge, and a three-seat breakfast bar.

When it's time to eat, gather at the glass-top table for six in the dining area. A hip chandelier adds mod elegance.

BED & BATH

Your rental sleeps six guests in three tranquil bedrooms, and each with a Roku TV.

Five stars for this wonderful house. We've visited many rental homes over the years and this one was definitely the most well-stocked we've seen. The owners thought of everything that visitors will need. The decor is beautiful and quintessential mid-century modern. Highly recommend!

- the pool remote system was not working. turnkey people happened to come by when we discovered this & were able to show us how to work with the system manually. totally doable - just put a small kink in our plan initially.

we were told a pool person would come out the night we arrived or the next day. as far as we were aware, no one came out on that timeframe. it appears, tho, that someone came out on wednesday - further, whoever came did not announce themselves & Arie was home alone. the evidence that someone came into the backyard is, the box we were using to manually adjust the pool was all of a sudden padlocked. that scenario is disconcerting to me.

- while the turnkey reps we directly interacted with were very nice, turnkey should have some kind of identifier for their employees. it is just such a leap of faith to have people show up at the door & ask for any kind of entry (tho better then whoever never announced themselves).

I had a great time. This home had absolutely everything you can imaging plus some. I was beyond happy with this home. I had already filled out a review of my experience with turnkey. But I will fill it out again. it seemed that they didn’t know I had a reservation. The person I spoke to was rude and immovable. Issues should have been taken take care of a week before my arrival but turnkey didn’t seem to manage the property they were managing. I dealt with issues during my check in that were supposed to be taken care of days before checking in mainly ID and pet. I checked off that we would have a pet during my initial reservation, they day of my check in I was asked to pay a fee In order to get access to key. While checking in it send thatvtgeyvwere unaware or my reservation. The home was stunning, and turnkey was on top of EVERYTHING that needed to be managed. Available 24/7 we look forward to renting from one of their properties again. Quiet neighborhood that will have Postmates delivered to your door without having to leave the pool/hot tub. FYI: while the house was immaculate the outside had a lot of bird droppings by the pool. While turnkey was happy to take care of it, by the time you check in they can’t have anyone come out till the next day. My husband didn’t have a problem cleaning it so we can use the pool immediately.This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

It was wonderful. We really enjoyed the place. Only down side was that we were traveling with young children and there were a lot of breakables around . I would suggest that should be mentioned on the website.
