Step out back to find a private oasis, featuring a south-facing saltwater pool with cascading waterfalls, a spillover spa, and a fleet of lounge chairs where you can soak up the sunshine. Relax on the shady patio, flip burgers on the private gas grill, and unwind around the firepit when the sun goes down. Inside, the 2,060-square-foot home is punctuated by a beautiful gas fireplace, large smart TV with a Bose soundbar, and a sunken wet bar that opens to the backyard. The other side of the house sports an open kitchen/family room with its own large TV and enough space for group projects in the kitchen. Sit in the dining room to partake in your meal or dine alfresco in the garden, both of which boast large tables that encourage dinnertime conversation.

This home is located in a gated community of Palm Desert, where you'll have access to community pools, pickleball, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Golfers can head one mile west to tee off at the Palm Desert Country Club, which is open to the public, while tennis enthusiasts can catch some professional action at the annual BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells Tennis Garden less than a mile south. If you're interested in shopping, dining out, and perusing the local art galleries, look no further than the famous El Paseo Shopping District of downtown Palm Desert (five miles west).

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

We like the quietness of the neighborhood and the security. It is well maintained and attractive. The location is convenient to El Paseo, La Quinta, hiking trails and not far from Palm Springs. We obviously love this home as we plan to return and have rented it for the winter season four times.

Overall this is a very nice property. The house is large with three good sized bedrooms. A little quirky in that it has two sitting areas. However, the house is very nicely decorated. The kitchen can only accommodate three bar stools for eating at the counter, but the dining area is close by and accommodates six. The cutlery, pots and pans and kitchen accessories are all plentiful and of decent quality. The patio and outside area is very nice to enjoy. This space includes nice lounge sofa and chairs under a roof and beyond that there is a fire pit surrounded by chairs, a table to eat supper outside and a ping pong table. The barbecue was very good and clean with natural gas fuel. It was too cold during our 5 week stay to enjoy the whirlpool or pool. The pool appears to be relatively small. The only real negative comment is that the house cleaning could be improved prior to arrival.

This home is well equipped for everything you will need to live comfortably. The outdoor areas are especially nice with a beautiful and very private pool and spa. The neighborhood is quiet and very well taken care of.
The home is conveniently located to all of the activities we enjoy in the desert including hiking, shopping, enjoying the Beauty of the Desert and fine dining.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for an extended stay as well.
