Situated in the gated Desert Falls Country Club, this 2BR/2.5BA condo is the perfect choice for your desert vacation. The interior has been completely updated and offers an open-concept floor plan with two suites.

Dine alfresco on the patio. On-site resort amenities include multiple pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a clubhouse with a grill. The sunlit living area features a sectional, a gas fireplace, a smart TV, and a wine fridge.

The immaculate kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and ample cookware. When it's time to dine, two tables seat a total of 10.

This condo sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, patio access, and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. A half bath adds convenience.

There is also a pack-n-play available for babies and toddlers located in the closet of the room with the bunk beds. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy an alfresco meal on the covered patio.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer are provided.

Downtown Palm Desert is a mere 10-minute drive from home. Hike and bike at the Homestead Trailhead or Palm Desert Cross. Practice your swing at the prominent golf courses nearby, including Monterey or Rancho Las Palmas.

Home was clean and spacious. The pack and play allowed us to enjoy our trip with our baby, and there was plenty of room in the house for her to crawl around. AC worked great, even in 115 degree weather! Would definitely recommend for multigenerational families looking for a weekend away!

Palm Desert perfect central location. The house was very clean, uncluttered, modern decor. It looked to have been recently updated very nicely with upscale newer appliances. Lots of windows, lots of natural light, very spacious rooms, huge kitchen. The 2-car garage was really more like 1.5 because of the built-in cabinetry. No problems with wifi or streaming Roku. Desert Falls Country Club and the Villa are lovely and centrally located in Palm Desert. Security and HOA were friendly and helpful. I stayed 5 weeks and did contact Vacasa Customer Service for some assistance and they were very responsive and courteous. Vacasa did a great job! Unfortunately, the local onsite manager was opposite, did not follow through or respond well, which was the only negative part of the trip.

Perfect house with all the amenities you could ever need! Each room was big with nice closets. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful community with plenty to do! My friends and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again in the future. Getting in the gate was a bit difficult at first, but the guards are just doing their jobs - you’ve gotta appreciate that!

This home is in a beautiful gated community and was the perfect place for 2 couples to vacation together. There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. If you have kids, there's a 3rd bedroom with fullsize bunkbeds. The kitchen is well stocked and the place was the cleanest vacation rental I've ever stayed in. The property manager was extremely responsive ans helpful for little needs. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location, space, comfort, clean! Perfect location to visit local attractions. Loved Palm Springs Village Fest on Thursday night, Palm Springs Ariel Tram, close to Joshua Tree. The space was great for a family, beds are very comfortable, grill was nice to have, lots of kitchen utensils. Close to restaurants and shopping.

We were a family group of 4 adults and 2 young children, and the home completely met our needs. Spacious, clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed. Pool across the street. Very nice!The only negative was that the instructions to access the home were completely wrong. The email instructions were to input a code on an electronic keypad at the front door. No keypad on the home at all. Had to call and wait while the agent tried to figure out what to do. We looked around and found a realtor style lockbox locked to a pipe in the flowerbed. We asked the agent if there was instructions for a manual lockbox and he was eventually able to provide us with the combination to open the lockbox - and the key to the house was in there. Hopefully future customers will be given correct entry instructions because that was frustrating and disappointing.

Staying here as a family with young children, this home was just everything we needed to have a good vacation. Vacasa does a good job offering customer support throughout the stay. This was very important given the house was located inside a gated community. The living space and kitchen were large enough to have over cousins for a nice gathering. Plenty of kitchen amenities and seating to host others for a meal. The kids bedroom had queen size bunk beds which were huge hit. Having a pack and play available for our toddler is also a huge perk to avoid extra baggage. Check in and check out were easy. Only criticism is that I wish the owners had left information in the room on how to contact security to allow access to our house with Uber or our family. Security guards at the entrance are not interested to help with this, and there is a special number that has ton be called to notify of guests, which we finally figured out was scribbled (although not labeled) on an information sheet stuffed in a drawer.
