Love the open concept in the living area and kitchen. Cabana was a life saver for some shade. I couldn't get enough of the pool. I'd stay there again.

We were excited to find this lovely looking, newly renovated home. A pool + hot tub, and a stunning looking living room. When we arrived the first thing we noticed is that the neighbourhood it is located in is very run down, doesn't seem like the safest neighbourhood to be staying in. The home on first appearance was really lovely, the backyard is very pretty, the pool is great for kids as it has a shallow section for them to splash in. We couldn't get the hot tub to heat up, and it took 3-days for someone to come 'switch it on' at the base connecting on the house. At the time of writing this, we still haven't received any refund for this. By day 3 there were ants in nearly every room and crawling out of the kitchen sink. They were in bathrooms, living room, kitchen and doorways, it was really gross. This experience has left a very sour taste in our mouth and how poor the customer service is at Vacasa - I know this isn't specifically the homes problem, but we won't ever book through Vacasa again. If they take care of the pests, lower the rental cost, then maybe this home would be a 5-star rating.

The house was a great location in terms of location to town & the highway, making it easy to get anywhere in the valley. The neighborhood, however, is clearly not desirable just from driving through. As a single woman renting this house, I was uncomfortable being outside at night solo, and I would not walk around even during the day with visiting friends. There is a church directly behind where kids play basketball & one day threw a bottle into the pool then peered over the wall to ask if they could go swimming. It was uncomfortable to say the least. The house looks like its photos but is slightly more “lipstick on a pig” than quality. There was no user manual with instructions on how to use anything in the house, which caused some challenges. The team at Vacasa was relatively responsive but caused unnecessary challenges, like when the pool guy turned the heat off and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it back on, it was a disappointing way to end the trip. Overall the stay was a good one. I booked before there were any reviews. The house was perfectly comfortable, amenities were fine, it was fully stocked with soap, shampoo, detergent, etc. but I would not rent a home in this neighborhood again.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time here to relax. We paid for the pool heating and over new years it worked great, nice temperature and able to control the spa temperature and jets with the included pool remote.We would definitely stay here again if in the area, great location, a short 5 min drive from downtown area with all its bars and restaurants put still peaceful and quiet.The planting around the home outside is beautiful with a nice selection of cacti and palms, very tasteful.All appliances were modern and exceptionally clean, we quickly settled in like a home away from home.
