It was a perfectly spacious, comfortable getaway for my friends and me- location was easy to get to from the airport and was close to many things. When we arrived, we wished we would have heated the pool (originally we were on the fence if it would be worth having to heat it for the 3 day minimum).

Having this been our first trip to Palm Springs and staying at this amazing and beautiful house made our experience unforgettable! From the moment you see the house you know you are in for a pleasant stay, beautiful house with curve appeals and the inside is just amazing. All the rooms were very spacious and super clean, The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed the game room was so relaxing and fun but the best was the back yard and pool WoW just wow! Plenty of seating for everyone umbrellas to cover you from the sun rays 2 bbq grills and a beautiful pool and spa can’t wait to be back. 5 stars all the way!

Enjoyed a splendid mini vacation over the weekend at this beautiful home! First time in Palm Springs, California and could not have found a more perfect home than this to stay at on our trip. This house has so much to offer! With a clean house, comfortable beds, bbq area outside, beautiful palm tree landscape, and a fully stocked kitchen, you will not get a greater experience staying in Palm Springs. Being able to enjoy the pool and numerous games offered here added to our excitement and beautiful house decor gave a cozy welcoming feeling. The house is very close by restaurants and stores for your convenience as well as only having to drive a short distance to enjoy downtown Palm Springs. Could not have found a better place to call home for the weekend. Would definitely recommend and come back in the future.

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed this beautiful home. Well appointed kitchen and good size bedrooms and bathrooms made everyone happy. Outdoors was fabulous and very comfortable seating in 4 different areas. Pool was great, used in mornings before it got too hot! Would recommend this home. Small issue with one bathroom was dealt with quickly by Vacasa team.

All I have to say is, simply amazing! We stayed at Desert Shadow for a festival weekend and this house exceeded our expectations! The house was huge and comfortable for 8 adults! We loved all the details the owner put into the decor inside the house and out! Beds and pillows were very comfortable and fresh! Lots of towels and pool towels! Fully stocked kitchen with quality pots and pans, (we cooked the whole stay so that was important for us), all appliances worked perfectly! Fun game room with a working Pac-man machine! The best part was the outdoor heated jacuzzi AND pool! It was an excellent surprise that the pool was heated and there was awesome lighting. We spent a lot of our time relaxing in the beautiful pool! The outside was very clean with plenty of seating and plug outlets for speakers/phones. There was also a washer & dryer in the garage, the owner provided detergent. We are definitely going to stay at this rental again!

A few friends and I had a fantastic week at this home! We spent the majority of our time by the pool, but the location was perfect for quickly getting to the airport, grocery stores, downtown, and we were just an hour drive to Joshua Tree. The beds were super comfortable, everything was clean for the most part, and the ping pong table/other amenities were the cherry on top. One thing I'll note for larger groups staying in the future is the third bathroom doesn't have a door! Not a huge deal, but did affect our bathroom schedules in the morning slightly. We had a few issues with the house upon arrival, but the Vacasa team was very responsive.

My Coworkers and I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting a home through Vacasa, and I regret to say that our stay fell far short of expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the property had not been properly maintained, and our overall experience was marred by uncleanliness, subpar customer service, and malfunctioning appliances.Upon our arrival at the rental home, our first impression was immediately soured by the sight of a used condom in the driveway as we walked up to the property. This blatant disregard for cleanliness set the tone for the rest of our stay and left us feeling deeply uncomfortable and disappointed.Upon entering the home, it became apparent that the cleanliness issues extended beyond the exterior. The interior of the property was poorly cleaned, with visible dirt, dust, and grime in various areas. It was clear that the property had not been adequately cleaned or prepared for our arrival.In addition to the cleanliness issues, we also encountered problems with the appliances and amenities provided in the rental home. Overall, our experience renting through Vacasa was deeply disappointing and fell well below the standard of service we expected. The combination of uncleanliness, malfunctioning appliances, and poor customer service made for an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. We sincerely hope that Vacasa takes our feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues.

Several issues with this property and even though Vacasa did their best to resolve issues, we spent too much time dealing with those and not enough time enjoying ourselves. Some info in listing is misleading. King bed is really a Queen. It has a great floor plan and comfortable interior.

Came to Palm Springs for a little vacation with 3 girlfriends. We chose to stay in a house instead of our usual hotel for more space. The house overall was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning and heating worked well. The 3 showers were very good. The backyard was well appointed with lots of areas for lounging and shade coverage from the sun. The location was on the outskirts of Palm Springs' main streets, requiring a drive to everywhere.The greatest drawback to this rental is that the house is located on the direct flight path of the Palm Springs airport, something not mentioned in any of the previous reviews, which we found hard to believe as it was an overwhelmingly issue. The takeoffs created loud noise from 6:30 AM to after 12 midnight, waking us up in the morning and preventing sleep until after midnight, Sunday day and night until we left Thursday morning. We couldn't even have a conversation intermittently in the backyard at the flight times. Please be aware of this if you decide to book this rental and want rest and relaxation. It is not here!

What a great place to stay! We were close to everything, but there was also plenty to do on the property. Plus, the house is well built so that one person could be asleep in a room and not be disturbed by people playing games in the game room or watching TV. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home in an ideal location close to downtown! Perfect for a family or group of friends to enjoy the desert! Overall experience was just Amazing! Our Labor Day family trip couldn’t have been better . Thank You very much Vacasa for the stay . Our Family enjoyed the Pool/Spa . We could not forget the marble fireplace at night . Being able to see the stars clearly and enjoy some cold refreshers. The Indoor comfort was phenomenal, The TVs, Beds and Gameroom really made it fun. All Tvs were equipped with ROKU; to have movie nights and listen to music . The kids stayed entertained. My partner really enjoyed the showers too. I really loved that it had a washing machine and dryer. I really loved the grills and full equipped kitchen. The utensils made everything much easier and faster. Also, a Very quiet and private community. If I can give Vacasa more stars, I definitely would. Thank You Vacasa !

This house is the perfect house to relax and spend time with your loved ones. The pool is amazing and the hot tub is just a plus. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is big enough to make amazing dinners or eat take out. There’s a grill was a plus and made the house feel like a home. Dad cooking burgers while the kids play in the pool and mom makes drinks. The location of the house is perfect. Close to the downtown area and not far from other cities. We really enjoyed our stay and would do it again!!

I was highly disappointed there was an abundance of ants And we were told that this should not be a problem because ants are a part of the desert living. Then they proceeded to tell us that they sprayed bleach to repel the ants we smelled no bleach. The linning was filthy and one of the bedrooms I had to wash it as soon as I got there, the microwave did not work and we did not receive a microwave until a day before we left and we stayed for 5 days. Workers kept entering into the property without our permission and while we were not there unacceptable. It was extremely hard to get in touch with anyone who worked there about any of our concerns. Make sure you read the fine print because they advertise a hot tub but that's an additional cost It's a $100 a day to heat the hot tub And you have to let them know 3 days in advance. It was a 113° almost every dayWhich was lovely but they will not allow you to turn the AC lower than 76° We asked to be moved to one of their other locations nearby because of the ant infestation and they told us that that was not a valid reason to moveI took video and photos of how these ants were invading the kitchen all over-the-counter the stove the floor in the bedroomsThis place does not deserve the one star I gave it never again

We sent our housekeeping team to address the ants in the home and to drop off brand new fresh linens per your request. During your stay, the temperatures were 115-118 degrees outside, and setting the thermostat any lower than 76 during the day would result in the system freezing. Unfortunately, it's difficult to get the temperature below 76 in a home of this size and at this time of the year. We send our guests an email before their stay to plan for extreme temperatures. Please note that no one entered the home without your approval and the microwave was dropped off on the third day of your stay as we couldn't get in contact with you the day before to deliver the appliance. We have issued a refund for the inconvenience these issues caused. Providing our guests with a well-prepared and comfortable home is a top priority for us, and we apologize for falling short in this regard. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with an exceptional stay in the future.

The weather was cold , windy & occasional rain but we found the house very comfortable and had lots of spaces to hang out. Loved the fireplace! The heated pool and especially the hot tub were great. The game room is a plus, especially with kidsWe did not use the ping pong table in the garage but that is also a plusThe location is good for Palm Springs activitiesWe would definitely stay here again!

Our group of 6 really enjoyed our stay. We had a great time in the pool and spa, and just hanging out and playing games in the house and making meals. I had one major complaint and one minor. First, the major: the home was 100 degrees when we arrived as the AC units were not turned in to cool the home for our arrival. We had to turn on the two units and leave for about 4 hours at which point it was cooled to about 80 degrees. I'd ask that Vacasa ensure units are cooled upon arrival so that the property is usable the whole time of the stay. Honestly, part of me feels like we shoudl get a refund for that portion of the stay. For the minor complaint, there was no hair dryer. This ended up being fine given Palm Springs hot air - we literally stood outside for about 5 to 10 and used nature's hair dryer :).
