People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Home had all we needed for grandparents to enjoy daughter, husband and 20 month old. Nice park close by and fire station across the street. Albertsons handy, fun 5K Turkeytrot and the amenities needed made for a nice stay. Just wish the pool had reached 86 degrees…

Loved the house and backyard, pool and jacuzzi were fantastic! Only issues were the backyard could use some umbrellas to block the sun and the bathroom in the garage was locked.

I really loved this property and highly recommend it! This home reminded me of a cute boutique hotel from exterior to interior. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by a nice bottle of wine to welcome us. Beautiful, super spacious backyard, easy to use bbq grill, great pool/jacuzzi, grassy lawn with plants and fruit trees, tasteful, minimal home decor, very clean, fully stocked kitchen — trust me you will not be in need of anything! plenty of clean linens and towels, hotel-style amenities in bathrooms and the most comfortable guest robes! Only feedback, the kitchen needs a much larger trashcan and kitchen sink disposal did not seem to work, hence an unpleasant smell. Thanks to owners for sharing their lovely home with us vacationers!

This home has a spacious outdoor area with a variety of spots to relax and enjoy the mountain view . In terms of outdoor space, this is the best home we have rented in Palm Springs. The beds are super comfortable with nice linens.

This was our second time staying here, and just like last time, the worst part of our stay was leaving. It’s easy to feel at home in the well stocked kitchen and clean bedrooms, while also feeling like a true getaway. This place is well stocked with everything you could ever need from pool rafts and noodles to board games and a coffee pot. It’s so easy to relax here! Nothing can beat the mountain views while sitting out by the pool—especially during sunset! Couldn’t recommend a stay here more!

It had been a while since I`d been to Palm Springs and after staying in this beautiful home, I am already looking at my calendar to see when I can go back! It is a beautiful house with an extremely calming atmosphere. We stayed by the pool all day and the view of the mountains was so lovely. The bedrooms all have TVs with streaming capabilities, so it made it easy to linger in the mornings. Also, I was impressed with the kitchen, which was super easy to cook in (we used the blender, mixing bowls, Tupperware, oven, and microwave!) Thank you for the beautiful home, I can`t wait to come back soon!

Being an Interior Designer I am probably the pickiest person ever when it comes to accommodations and this property knocked them right out of the park! Spotless, stylish hip design and heavenly beds. The sheets feel like butter and the mattress is plush. It was so comfortable that we decided to stay in bed and watch movies all day! I have asked for brand of sheets to get them for our home in Oregon. Pool and Jacuzzi w/ mountain views was perfect for an evening toast. The home was so inviting we ordered in and played games after walking the strip that was 5 minutes away. My friends and I chose this home because we wanted to be close to Downtown and Joshua Tree. It`s located in a super quiet, residential neighborhood less than five minutes to Downtown Palm Springs. We enjoyed the oversized, secluded backyard with a lovely pool/hot tub and incredible mountain views. One of our favorite things to do was enjoy our morning coffee outside by the fire pit while taking in the majestic mountains. We relaxed a lot in the sunroom which has a nice view of the backyard and pool. The beds are very comfortable with crisp, clean linens. There are plenty of kitchen pans, pots and utensils making cooking easy and loved that it was stocked with coffee/tea and creamers. My friends and I left relaxed and rejuvenated from our quick visit. Hope to return soon!

Such a quiet neighborhood and relaxing environment. The unobstructed view of the mountains from the backyard is so wonderful we began and ended our days out by the pool. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. Very clean and well decorated. Short Uber rides (6 minutes) to downtown. Fabulous restaurants.

My wife and I really needed a get-away and this place exceeded every expectation. It was comfortable, relaxing, safe and easy to manage. We will book it again. Le Vallauris is an excellent upscale restaurant that treats tourists very well. A bit pricey, but the food and service were great. We also liked that there were plenty of walk-in restaurants on the main strip.
