Spend memorable evenings lounging in the great room while planning your next adventures! This snowbird-friendly haven also enjoys a rec/family room with a huge TV with a sound bar where you and your loved ones can gather and host entertaining movie nights. The remodeled, period kitchen has been equipped with modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Glass doors lead you to the extensive rear courtyard surrounding a heated, rectangle pool. Sunbathe on the poolside loungers, dine alfresco on the covered patio, lounge by the pool, and host summertime barbecues using the provided gas grill.

Sleeping arrangements include three bright and well-appointed bedrooms. The spacious main suite boasts a huge walk-in closet, access to the courtyard, and a luxe en suite bath with double sinks and a sunken shower. The second bedroom has a huge TV while the third bedroom features a working desk.

We immensely enjoyed our stay at The Dunes! It was beautifully remodeled with high end furniture and accessories. The kitchen was fantastically stocked and the home also has a stellar sound system complete with an ipad to control it. The stylish living room is perfect for charades! The lovely poolside setting included comfortable seating and the perfect floatation devices. Everything you might need is thoughtfully provided and the attention to detail is impressive. The home is conveniently located, yet it feels like you're away at a private retreat. I would highly recommend this quintessentially Palm Springs home!
