We loved the home, the garden and the pool in a beautifully manicured neighbourhood. There are grapefruit trees in the garden and freshly picked and squeezed juice was delicious. The beds are super comfy but the bedding is a little tired. There are no basic cleaning supplies, no mop or vacuum, just a dustpan and brush and the floors get filthy, going in and out to the pool area, so we bought our own. The washing machine wasn’t working for our entire stay and Vacasa were no help at all. The checkin instructions are out of date, they said there was a garage key fob, there is not and they said there was a tablet to operate the pool/spa heating, there is not. It’s a random pillar in the garden nowhere near the pool/spa. In my opinion, a folder in the house with a few basic instructions would be beneficial to all guests. Also a landline for local/free calls in the property to report issues would be helpful as not all guests have access to a US phone. We are from the UK, so had to incur costs to make many calls to Vacasa with our issues. Overall, a lovely house but needs some attention. Also a door key would be good as you need to enter a 4 digit code to enter the garage, then a 10 digit code to enter the house. Not easy in the dark!

House was great for our needs. We had 4 people staying and felt big enough to be together and have space. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed! The bad:The listing was not up to date and had things listed that didn't exist. In the listing it mentioned a tablet to run the spa when in reality there was a tiny remote attached to a piece of wood outside in a random spot. The directions also mentioned a garage door opener when there wasn't one. I called twice and interacted through text once before someone got back to me explaining about the remote and that there was no garage opener. The mix up with the remote/tablet for the poo resulted in us not being able to use the hot tub our first night. Hair was left in our shower. There was something sticky spilled on the dining table chair. The pool was not cleaned. Lots of dust build up above doors and on fans in bathrooms.

Five of us rented this house for a week in February. Vacasa was easy to work with, and the instructions we got on how to access the house were straightforward. The house itself is well maintained and clean, and the accommodations--beds, linens, bathrooms, kitchen, pool, living/dining area--are all in great shape and comfortable.The location is great, too...just a few blocks from two grocery stores and some restaurants, and an easy drive or Uber ride into town. The neighborhood is very quiet, though we did hear a few leaf-blowers at different times of the day. You're in a residential neighborhood, and the Palm Springs Quiet Neighborhood Police will enforce that quiet, so don't rent here if you're expecting to throw parties and play loud music. We weren't, and we had a great, relaxing time in this home.

Home is perfectly equipped to host a big family with four rooms and one of the rooms with two large bunk beds or a group of friends attending any of the concert events nearby. We attended Power Trip concert in Indio and the drive was about 25 minutes.

I booked 4 nights this June, monday - friday. When we arrive, Garbage bins outside were already full, smelly and has a lot of flies. I paid extra for heated pool. I even called 2 days before and the day before to make sure that the pool should be heated. We arrived and the pool was not heated. I have to call and message vacasa rep to ask them to fix this issue. On Wesnesday the pool is finally heated. The house is not as clean as I want it to be. There are no vacuums available only a broom. There are limited towels in the house. Rooms are big which I like. There are citrus trees and we get to drink fresh juice every morning. This house is cheaper than what I usually get. But I will not go back again. We go to palm springs for summer vacation with family, this is our 4th year of doing it. I would rather spend a little bit more and get a newer house than go back here. But the kids had fun and that is what matters.

Needs upgraded pots and pans...Also Needs to have extra towels that serves 8 guests not only 6 towels at pool and bathroom huge inconvenience. Other than that the house was very roomy and we enjoyed the outside pool alot!

Stayed here with another couple and our (combined) four kids during ski week. Plenty of room for everyone. Kids loved having their own playroom with bunk beds and, of course, the pool. Unseasonably cold weather prevented us from spending as much time in the backyard as we might have liked, but pool and spa were great and it was fun to eat citrus right off the trees. Kitchen well stocked with all the necessary appliances. Beds were especially comfortable. Easy walk to local shopping. Downtown is just a short drive away.

I booked the Amarillo house because of the pool and location. The house was beautiful inside. Ac worked great kitchen and grill was equipped nicely. The main reason rented the house was because of the pool but upon our arrival the pool was dirty. I requested to get cleaned but no one ever came. 😕
