ABOUT THE HOME

Upon entering the private courtyard, you'll find a spacious outdoor living area with a pool, four umbrella-shaded lounge chairs, a fire pit with seating for six, and a wicker sectional with a retractable shade screen and ample seating.

Once inside this sleek, newly updated home, you'll find a living room furnished with seating for six and a 70in 4K LCD TV. A seating area equipped with a gas fireplace gives way to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. Have a quick bite at the breakfast bar, where there's seating for two, or linger over meals at the dining table, which accommodates six.

Vibrant, eclectic art is hung throughout the home, including in each of the two guest bedrooms. Each includes a queen-size bed and French doors that open to the pool area. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with a single vanity and glass-enclosed, walk-in shower.

The master bedroom houses a king bed, funky artwork, French doors that open to the backyard, and an en-suite bath with a shower.

Amenities include a dishwasher, wine cooler, washer/dryer, and driveway parking for at least two cars.

THE LOCATION

You'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars just minutes from your door. Downtown Palm Springs also offers a free Village Fest each Thursday night with a vegetable-laden farmers' market and local arts and crafts.

Take a tram up to Mount San Jacinto for breathtaking desert vistas, or hit the trails at Joshua Tree National Park, which is about 30 minutes away. The location is excellent if you are splitting time between downtown Palm Springs and Joshua Tree NP and points east. The neighborhood is quiet and well manicured. The pool and spa were very enjoyable.

Safe, comfortable, beautiful, minutes from downtown....we had an absolutely wonderful but too short trip!!!! Would definitely love to come back! The outdoor living space was our favorite, but the home and the beds were also very comfy.

Perfect for our week get away. Near Escena golf course, close to grocery stores. Pool heating didn’t feel that warm. Pretty bummed I paid that much for that temperature of pool heating.

Cute house. Clean. Lacks adequate lighting. Should not have to pay $80 per day to heat or run the jacuzzi. Very windy area- at all hours.

I was visiting Palm Springs with my friend for my mini baby moon. But my only requirement was heat and a pool. This place was perfect. My friend and her 5 month accompanied me and the pool was great for me to just sit in and for him to play in because of the extensive shallow end! Once we got a hiccup with the pool heat figured out, it worked flawlessly and was very comfortable. Rest of house was comfortable as well. Wish there had been umbrellas for the loungers but it looked like they were by the trash so perhaps were recently damaged. We made do and would be back again to this place.

Two major power outages affecting the home and surrounding neighborhoods affected our stay. The 1 day we had with power, and the pool and spa running was very nice. House is equipped with pool towels, floaties, rafts and the best outdoor furniture for family fun. We would return to this home but would need some kind of guarantee that there won’t be 20+ hours of power outages !

Just make sure you read about pool heat being extra. We didn’t get to use it in the eight days we were there. Super disappointing for my family traveling from Seattle.

This is our second girls weekend in this house in Palm Springs. The pool is perfectly situated to get every moment of sun through the day! The beds in the bedrooms are super comfy. The kitchen has most things you need, however many of the pots and pans for cooking have seen better days. The house was clean when we arrived. The TV was easy to figure out with any app you want to log into and watch. We paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated for our entire stay (an extra $450) and it was not heated upon our arrival. It was fixed and heated the next day, but that was a disappointment. The house would be even better if it had great comfy furniture in the living room for movie nights or binging after a long day in the sun. The faucet in the primary bath was falling out of the sink and the water heater in the garage was leaking water. Overall we love this house but it is getting very expensive to stay here which is too bad.

love the space, very open dining area and living area... bedrooms are decent size, location is also great and close to shops.
there are few items to note out. the pool is in the front yard and BBQ is in the back yard. so if you like to spend time with the kids at the pool while making lunch, you can't.
we had a very bad experience with cleanliness of the house. there were dog hairs and dust all over the outdoor pool cushions. owners ask you to put the cushions away after your stay, so clearly they never get clean. i did call and complain and after a yelling match with the customer service who told me to hang up the phone if i don't like their service, i have been promised a refund on the cleaning fee. the next day, the cleaning person came through and cleaned the cushions, which i had to wash with the hose outside.
house has decent amount of essentials, but very minimal. no large pans for example, very limited number of forks and spoons, and only one of many items like soap or paper towel roll.

i would blame this not on the house or the owner, but mainly on the managers, who apparently took over the house from another manager through the merger, but that doesn't justify the lack of attention
finally, house has minimal furniture so if you have 6 people, don't expect to sit comfortably and watch tv
