The center of downtown Palm Springs is only 3 minutes away with the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, the Water Park, and the PS Air museum just a bit farther. Love to hike? You're only a 15-minute drive from the Indian Canyon trails.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

This home sleeps eight in three bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the library/media room. The master bedroom has a king bed and beautiful French doors that open to the backyard. The en-suite master bathroom has a granite double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. The second and third bedroom each have a comfy queen bed.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination as well as convenient access to the backyard pool deck.

Stretch out on the leather sectional sofa in the slate tiled living area and watch shows on the flat-screen TV. If there's a chill in the desert night air, add warmth from the fireplace. A separate library/media room has a 4K 55in TV with full Dolby sound and a Swedish sleeper sofa to accommodate two additional guests.

Directly off the media room is the third full bathroom along with a closet and access to the patio.

The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, sparkling white countertops, and cabinets stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare home-cooked meals. A built-in wine cooler keeps your whites chilled for dinner!

Once the meal is ready, take a seat at the modern snakewood dining room table with seating for eight.

Best of all, though, is the backyard. This neighborhood was developed by famous mid-century developer Meiselman and has a yard that is twice the size of most homes in the adjoining areas. Head to the patio and enjoy a breathtaking pool with waterfall, a four-person Jacuzzi tub, and fire pit. You'll also find an eight-seat table on the patio with natural slate tile and a three-seat bar at the island grill with a built-in Bull barbecue. And all of this is anchored by views of the desert mountains!

We had a wonderful vacation. We barely left the house. The backyard and pool were perfect for our family. We had grandparents and two families with a 7 month old and 2 year old who loved the pool and waterfall! It felt like we were at a resort, with no other guests.

The first day we arrived the air conditioning wasn`t working, and Turnkey came right away to assess the problem. They ended up calling a repair person, and that issue was fixed within a couple hours. My only real complaint isn`t with Turnkey, but rather the Palm Springs noise enforcement officer. When the air con repair and Turnkey rep were there, he just walked right into the house and backyard where we were having dinner. It was SO STRANGE at almost 9pm to have this happen.
The noise ordinance says absolutely no music outside at any time, even from your phone, or music from inside that reaches outside. I get it, but it was posted in the house, we signed a form when we rented the property, and really didn`t need to have the officer show up at 9pm to have EVERYONE in the party sign the same thing. It just felt a bit violating under the circumstances.
The house also smelled a bit like stale smoke when we first arrived, but we aired it out and it was fine after that and really clean.
The kitchen had all the cookware that we needed, great for a rental!
The beds were super comfy too!

The picture did not do it justice. The backyard is like an oasis. We loved it! Everything was great. The only thing I would mention is the propane tank was low and only allowed for one night around the fire pit.This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Beautiful home and site. Pool and hot tub perfect. The contact people were very helpful and quick to respond. On a scale of 1-10 the cleanliness was about a 9. There is some significant wear and tear, kitchen cabinets are in disrepair, and the kitchen is dated, but was quite well equipped. There is a significant drip in the far bathroom sink that should be addressed, and no fan in the master bath. Late and early check out was not available at the home, 3pm check in and 10am check out was not our favorite. We don`t trust most online reviews...either it was so great the reviewer wants to get married and have all their children born there or so bad that owner should be whipped and crucified. Neither of these are true in this case. But if you are looking for a really nice home with a wonderful backyard/pool/spa that is centrally and conveniently located at a reasonable price you should consider renting this place. The home was clean, well put together and had about everything you could want except lines of coke on a mirror and a hundred dollar bill waiting.

We stopped on our way into town at the grocery store and got some basic food stuff and some bourbon (no coke.) The kitchen and the outdoor barbeque have everything you could want or need. Seriously, the kitchen is well stocked and very sanitary. The pool was refreshing, the spa was just hot enough and the yard was a joy for our two yellow labs. We had a problem with the TVs and within 15 minutes of a call to the folks at Turnkey - problem fixed. The A/C was making a funny noise...next day, new parts were delivered. Outstanding service if you ask me.

Wasn`t crazy about the speed of the WiFi but our speed test app said the download speed was 18 `s just we are used to 100+ at home so I guess we are just snobs.

Was a little worried about being so close to the airport but there really was no noise.

You should rent this place, so stop looking at other properties. We`ve been to Palm Springs like 20 times...trust me :-)This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We really enjoyed the back yard and spent most of our time outside. After a daily round of golf, we swam in the pool and a soaked in the hot tub. Capped off the evening around the fire pit.
